Such a worrisome experience. Edit: But worth it.
Update: August 22 2022 - They finally got around to sending me all my items, and this is without a prompt from them for several months. They let me know that shipping delays from covid has made it very hard them to receive all their goods in time. Just give them time and wait, they are still small yet growing store and doing their best to meet all the orders.

So I just recieved this order today on March 31st 2022 but I made this order way back in September 16th 2021. Many of the items I ordered were preorders and the items that would take the longest was slated for February of 2022.
So ACG GO didn't ask me to write this but because of the situation I felt I needed to for the sake of others in my similar position.
This store isn't a scam. They were just in a super unfortunate position where they were only an year old (when I made my order) when the pandemic hit. At the time genshin was super popular and the merch was coming over from overseas.
Okay actual review, on their site they said they would answer any emails for customer support or you can join their community that seems rather neglected. During my wait they sent an email stating they would no longer respond to emails but never updated their site about that information.
Also during this time. There was very little information about them and all sources pointed to them being a scam. And I was worried I just dropped 500 bucks on a scam so I tried to do what I can to contact them.
After trying to contact them a few times on Email, I finally decided to contact them on twitter on January. They actually responsed to me. I told them that I was worried about the situation and wanted a refund, they told me the situation and reminded me of their preorder policy
I told them that I understood the situation with the delays and how bad the times are but I was still worried about this being a possible scam so if possible if they could send the stuff that is already out to me now I would be willing to wait and pay for the shipping for the rest later. They agreed to it but didn't let me pay the shipping. They prepoed what was available and shipped it out and now here we are.
While it wasn't the smoothest of experiences, it was not a bad one overall as they tried their best once I did come into contact with them. I am sure they are receiving a lot of Emails from many angry customers and decided to change up their commnication.
This experience has given me the confidence to order from them again however.
My recommendation is be careful when doing preorders with them, it may take a long time to come. If you want items sooner, best to make them in separate orders.
