After Sale Support Failure
I have purchased bicycle parts, bottom brackets, jockey wheels, and wheel bearings from this company since 2019. Generally the quality is ok for the price but my issues have always been about after sales support and a recent incident where I needed a small, inexpensive, plastic dust cap to replace one damaged during installation is a prime example. There is no customer service to speak of, no realistic options*, no solutions offered, or even the slightest effort to assist with solving the problem. If as they claim their products are made in house then is there any reason to believe these aren't in a parts bin? Buyers beware. See email correspondence below and decide for yourself if this is what you'd expect.

Hello we do not sell that part separately looks to be an installation issue. We do have only one full bottom bracket left in stock in the T47 Inboard.

We do not have any parts left over for these unfortunately we cannot send you something we do not have. If we had extra parts for your bottom bracket we would certainly send it to you.
