Tengo un mini pc que va de lujo. Usado 6 veces. Al moverlo se sitio detecto que dentro tiene una pieza suelta. Contacto en el email de soporte, y no obtengo respuesta ningúna.. Desde el otro email que tienen general si me respondieron, que esperara 24h para que se pusieran en contacto el personal de service. He intentado solucionarlo, pero al final lo devolveré gracias a la política de Amazon. Servicio técnico pésimo de esta marca, una pena porque el producto me parece estupendo.

Hab mir den ACEMAGIC RX16 vor zwei Wochen geholt und hätte ehrlich nicht gedacht, dass er so gut ist für den Preis!
Ich nutze ihn täglich für Uni-Kram, also Word, Excel und gefühlt tausend Chrome-Tabs gleichzeitig, läuft trotzdem einfach stabil. Zwischendurch auch mal LoL gespielt, klappt überraschend gut, nichts ruckelt.
Der Bildschirm ist echt angenehm, schön hell und die Farben passen, auch wenn man mal schräg drauf schaut. Was mich wirklich überrascht hat ist der Akku. Bei normaler Nutzung komme ich locker auf 4–5 Stunden, was für unterwegs echt entspannt ist.

Ich habe meinem Sohn ein LX 15 Pro -Gaming Laptop zu Weihnachten geschenkt. 3 Monate später ist er leider schon defekt. Nichts geht mehr, nur dee BIOS-Bildschirm wird angezeigt. Auf den Desktop kann man nicht mehr zugreifen. Wir vermuten, dass die SSD- Karte defekt ist. Mein Sohn und auch ich sind sehr enttäuscht und hoffen auf Erstattung des Kaufpreises.

The laptop (RX16) is fair for the price, but the screen is not so good. I tried to write a review about this, but Acemagic are reluctant to publish my findings, so I am writing them here. The IPS screen for this laptop should have 100% sRGB coverage for the price paid, especially as portable IPS screens are so cheap now. 65% sRGB coverage is not good enough, and Acemagic need to do better. Better to have a plastic chassis and better screen than vice versa. I am in two minds to sell this machine because of this. Asus offer OLED screens, at around the same price as the RX16 is sold, on laptops with similar specs. Well, Acemagic, what do you have to say?

After some "battle" they answered me.
I've bought 3 mini pc from acemagic one of them stopped working and i've asked the official support for a help. They answered me to reship to them the faul pc. I've sent it and, from the tracking, i know that they've received the pc. And... They STOPPED answering me.
I've lost the "broken" mini pc and i'm feeling robbed.
I need an answer.
EDIT1: I've just added the information about my order. If i'll not receive an answer as soon as possible i'll add another edit to this review. And... looking at other review i already know that NOONE will send me any refund or mail about my PC. Since you've blocked me on whatsapp and stopped answering me by email.
EDIT2: Dunno if it was the pressing i've done via mail, via amazon or else. They answered me and shipped a new minipc.

Terrible company, willing to steal from customers.
Re: their response - unfortunately this is a lie - they didn't send anything to my contacts details and have not tried to resolve this at all. Avoid the company and their products!

Durante la promozione di San Valentino con sconto di 200 euro, questo mini computer è stato esaurito già il 15 febbraio a causa della domanda molto superiore alle aspettative.
Non abbiamo rimosso tempestivamente la pubblicità promozionale, aggiornato l’inventario in tempo e garantito una risposta umana tempestiva dal servizio clienti, facendole pensare che si trattasse di pubblicità ingannevole. Si tratta di un grave errore nel nostro lavoro.
Abbiamo subito avviato una correzione interna per ottimizzare la sincronizzazione tra pubblicità e inventario e il meccanismo di risposta del servizio clienti.

Ho comprato un laptop portatile RX16
Con 16 GB RAM ddr5, nvme da 512 GB.
Processore AMD RYZEN 7 H255.
e qui il problema, il processore NON È Quello dichiarato nella descrizione delle caratteristiche, Il processore è un AMD RYZEN 255W, facendo ricerche questo processore è meno potente e meno performante da quello dichiarato che doveva essere onboard.
Pagato con PayPal chiesto rimborso per prodotto non conforme.

RGB Failed, Support Was Amazing
I had a good experience with ACEMAGIC overall. The RGB lighting on my unit stopped working, which was disappointing, but their support team responded quickly and was super helpful the whole time. They kept communication clear and worked with me to find a fair solution, which I truly appreciated. Problems can happen with any product, but great customer service is important. In the end, I’m satisfied with how everything turned out.

Very good price for new laptop. But what you get is propably what you pay for. Did not like the platic feel on the keyboard and the os seemed different. Return process was ancient and customer service needs to improve. Paid to return asked for evidence of me packing the return.

PC portable acheté sur Amazon dont la fermeture de l'écran est devenue capricieuse (fragilité du support qui se déboîte et finit par casser si on insiste en rabattant l'écran). Service client qui demeure muet alors que le portable est encore sous garantie. Ma chance, c'est d'être passé par Amazon dont le service client, très professionnel lui, m'a proposé un remboursement de suite après renvoi du portable.
Pour résumer : matériel fragile et service client déplorable, à fuir.

Nach M2 SSD Karte Austausch PC läuft wieder, allerdings Support mit der Firma geht nur über 2 Tagen, dann bricht ab seitens Firma, kein Antwort mehr, egal wie viele Mails noch abgeschickt wurde. Die Anfrage nach Windows Produkt Key bleibt ohne Antwort, so füllt man sich komplett alleine gelassen...... nur Stress und nichts anderes....

I recently purchased an ACEMAGIC Mini PC for my home office, and I'm honestly blown away by its performance. I was a bit skeptical about how such a small device would handle my daily multitasking, but it runs smoothly even with several heavy apps and dozens of browser tabs open.
The setup was incredibly easy, and I love how much desk space I've reclaimed. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus for me. If you're looking for a powerful yet compact alternative to a bulky desktop, I highly recommend this brand. Great value for the price!

Tank 03 almost military robust
Since last february last year I have the Tank 03 mini PC. and I wasn't deluded.It demonstrated to be almost military robust.The GPU RTX 3060 is able to keep up to 4 monitors.I've played games in 1080 with a good FPS rate, DDR 5 Ram worked as charm and accessible pannells allows you to upgrade it and the SSD memory too.Another feature I love is the Thunderbolt 4 port that allows you to upgrade the GPU (I intend to), It's a shame the Intel Core i9-12900H CPU can't be upgraded.
