I too joined Ace Investors as a novice looking for stock market trading advice, subscriptions are expensive and recommendations resulted in significant losses. Most likely due to inexperienced advisors making recommendations that are not adequately researched. Don’t trust them, after they recommend a buy price and sell price, they don’t call you to advise selling or holding or any further strategy, despite stock losing value. The reality is they send you daily stock recommendations that cover so many stocks that are performing poorly, while you wait for their promised stock advice on which ones you should buy and when, and at what price. When you call them to discuss stocks to consider from their emails, they recommend a random stock telling you that it will perform well, give you a buy advice now, and to sell it when it reaches xx price, although the stock only goes down. I don’t think I made a single bugle profitable trade worth talking about, but I lost a significant amount of money on the recommendations provided.

The brokers, Clayton and George, and several other call you when your subscription is about to expire, promising you better advice and recommendations, at an absolute premium new subscription. They were articulate and sounded knowledgeable, but this did not translate into successful investments. In the end, their service cost me money instead of making me any. Look elsewhere for reliable investment guidance. There are many better stock market advisors that cost less and provide advice that will help you manage risk and make a profit. Avoid Ace Investors like you would a plague. If you want to suffer significant loss of your capital they will make sure you do that.

I have had great experience so far hope to do well investing going forward, George has been very patient.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from both a sales and investment perspective. The first major red flag was their aggressive sales process. I was initially offered a subscription priced at $1,100. When I declined, the same service was immediately discounted to $550, then $350, then $200, and finally $110. After I still refused, I was suddenly offered two years of service and told I was "lucky" to receive such a special deal. If the service is genuinely worth $1,100, it is difficult to understand how the exact same product can be sold for 90% less within the same conversation.

The stock recommendations themselves were equally disappointing. The company made very confident claims about their success rates, stating that 7 out of 10 stock recommendations would work in the client's favour. However, I could not find any audited track record, independently verified performance data, or transparent historical results to support these claims.

Many of the recommendations failed to perform as promised, and on several occasions I received "sell" recommendations for stocks that had never been recommended to me as "buys" in the first place. This made the overall strategy confusing and difficult to follow. Instead of receiving a clear and structured investment approach, I found myself questioning the quality and consistency of the research being provided.

Another concern I had was the company's actual presence in Australia. While the company presents itself as an Australian financial services business, my interactions suggested that all communication, sales, and support activities were being handled from India. I was unable to identify any meaningful operational presence in Australia beyond what appeared to be a registered business address. This lack of transparency about where the business is actually operated from raised concerns for me and made me question the image the company presents to prospective clients.

I was also concerned about the licensing arrangements under which the service is provided. Before investing, I would strongly encourage potential customers to conduct their own due diligence regarding the company's licensing structure, regulatory standing, and operational setup rather than relying solely on marketing claims.

What is even more frustrating is that despite not seeing any meaningful benefit from the subscription, I continue to receive frequent calls encouraging me to upgrade to their "Platinum" service. I am repeatedly told that a dedicated account manager will personally guide me on what stocks to buy, hold, and sell instead of relying on written reports. Given my experience with the standard service, I have no confidence that paying even more money would lead to better outcomes.

Unfortunately, I lost a significant amount of money following this service and have no intention of risking any more. My purpose in writing this review is not to attack the company but to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before committing their hard-earned money.

Proceed with caution, perform your own independent research, verify any performance claims being made, and don't rely solely on sales pitches and marketing promises.

I was really happy with the daily recommendations, the recommendations seem clear and are great entries, customer service was pretty good, I was offered a 2 year subscription plan at half the price to suit my current situation
