Poor customer service

Poor communication and customer service. In regards to refunds, exchanges and returns the company will ignore your message or email. The glasses i ordered were false advertised and when asked for a refund they refused. So i finally agreed to exchange and when asking for the address to send back to they ignore the message and email several times.

Purchased 5 frames

Purchased 5 frames, got an extra one added in as a good will gesture which was great. Quick shipment and delivery, definitely recommend and will be coming back due to them being extremely affordable and fashionable.
