I looked everywhere on the Internet to find out when my Ace Cash Express payday loan was due, but I could not find it anywhere. All each site kept saying were ads about how to apply and to register with them. They did not send me a reminder about when my payday loan was due, and I really did try to find out to no avail. I paid them off on August 14, 2024, but the loan was due on August 2, 2024. Now I can't get a loan with them anymore. I am frustrated and do not know what to do. It says, "Poor performance with us" when I try to get a payday loan with them. I HATE THIS! Does anyone know how long I will have to wait before I can get another loan with these guys, especially since I paid the loan back late?

It's always been great with Alicia and Diane. They give 100% plus; excellent customer service. Recently, I went to ACE, and Alicia and Diane was not there. I met a lady name Esmeralda and she had excellent customer service. I give her two thumbs up. Esmeralda should be with Alicia and Dianne at the ACE. Good work.

I just wanted to thank ACE cash express. I don’t know what I would have done without the opportunity of getting cash fast. I highly recommend this business. I would definitely return.
I want to personally thank Juan for the wonderful customer service and Steven for checking in on me and making sure if I had any questions he could help me with.
I was extremely satisfied and I will definitely be recommending people I know here.
