Acebeam Arvostelua 

The claim that this compact, cellphone-sized flashlight can pump out 20,000 lumens using three CREE XHP70.2 LEDs is physically impossible for more than a few fleeting seconds (if it can even hit it at all).
​The Math: A single CREE XHP70.2 LED maxes out at around 4,000 to 5,000 lumens under absolute peak, high-drain conditions. With three of them, the absolute theoretical maximum of the LEDs combined is around 12,000 to 15,000 lumens.
​The Heat & Size: To actually maintain 20,000 lumens, you need massive heat sinks. A "cellphone-sized" body (134.5mm) simply does not have the surface area to dissipate that much heat. If it actually hits 20,000 lumens on "Turbo" mode, it will step down to a much lower brightness (around 2,000 lumens) within 15 to 30 seconds to keep from melting itself or burning your hand.

UPDATE: Product received! Although shipping and communication were slow, Acebeam proved to be a responsible company. The E75 Teal with Nichia 519A is a masterpiece of engineering. Great build quality and high CRI.

They deliver on their promises, just be patient with the logistics.

My order arrived complete and well shipped. One set of batteries has been packed in a sort of strange manner: Within the proprietary box of the amazing D30 diving lamp.

But anyway: Everything was alright and arrived in time.

They advertised a Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale. As I was checking out the prices changed. I reached out to let them know that there was a problem, they replied that the sale was over, to which I pointed out that it was still early evening on Cyber Monday. They had no reponse.

I have had to warranty 2 different lights from this company. Both times the results were less than satisfactory. The first time the a Pokelite arrived from Amazon but the low mode did not work. It was so low you could only see a faint glow from the led in total darkness if you held the light a few inches from your eyes. While Acebeam did send a new light through Amazon they did send the wrong color which was not the high CRI version I had purchased in the first place.

The second light stopped charging properly after 6 months. I emailed Acebeam and they did return my emails asking me to run all sorts of tests. After about a week they asked if I would be willing to replace the circuitry myself. This was beyond my skill level and I feel they should do the work as its still under warranty. They stopped answering my emails. The WhatsApp phone number was never answered. I tried several times to contact them through the online chat option. They did reply after a 3 to 4 hour wait ( after I had gone to bed) After another week of trying to get through they did agree to replace the light but wanted $15 for cover shipping. I paid it (against my better judgment) thinking it should be covered by Paypal if something goes wrong. Who ever I was talking too did say they would send me a tracking number once the package was sent. I still have not received a tracking number and it has been a week. They did acknowledge the payment had been sent, they thanked me and then followed up with a bunch of emoticons like a a 15 year old girl.

Yesterday I tried contacting Acebeam for an update through the online chat but got no answer.

*UPDATE* It took about a month but I did eventually receive a replacement. They did eventually stand behind their product however the customer service was atrocious. I also do not feel the customer should be forced to pay an additional fee to have them send a new product if it is still under the warranty period.

The Worst Customer Service in the Flashlight Industry! Incompetent and Unprofessional Staff! I asked them as to why their What’s App Number listed on AceBeam.com website is incorrect! No answer! I asked them about the promised discounts on the website, no answer! Stay away from this terrible company!!

After a long search, I bought on Amazon an Acebeam P17. It is a good brand, a very solid light, good in every field... but nothing is perfect, the 2 buttons of the tail are not practical, disturbing if you need to press stroboscope in a hurry when problems. So this P17 is not good at all "as a Defender", only for this important & desperate lack (bad form factor at the worth place for a tactical light). Unfortunately, despite the "protection of Amazon", the return of the light is ridiculous, scandalous, because the English Acebeam does't send you an automatic Post Office label like do all the big brands on Amazon ; worth Acebeam sends you a label to send the parcel back to England (Customs between France & UK very slow because Brexit) when most of the Amazon returns are sent in an Amazon stock in France usually (so quick refund), but Acebeam ask you more ! to pay yourself the return (22 euros from France, 20 % of the sale price, not really knowing who will pay me back ; not clear). I don't want to pay 20 ¨of my light to send something to England, I don't want to make the slave of Acebeam, I don't want to wait for 20/30 days to get my money back : so I have no choice and am trying bro sale myself the P17 on French sweb sites : I will loose money... DON'T BUY ACEBEAM IF YOU COULD HAVE TO RETURN IT : IT'S A PAIN, A TORTURE !... I BOUGHT INSTEAD THE INCREDIBLE & PERFECT KLARUS XT21X PRO, WICH IS MORE MODERN AS A FORM FACTOR... AND HAS 2 BUTTONS VERY FAST & PRACTICAL TO GO TO TURBO VERY QUICK.

Ordered a Terminator M1 direct from Acebeam, got a great price with a discount code. Delivery was fast & tracking from end to end was very good. Took about 5 days from Shenzhen to UK including the Christmas holidays so overall a great experience!

Quick response and they take good time to make sure everything is taken care of, should any issues arrise. I live in Denmark, and it takes arround 9 days for the product to arrive from Shenzen.
