POOR SERVICE, HAD A BOX THAT TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE, WHEN I FINALLY RECIEVED THERE WAS A T SHIRT AND 1 OTHER ITEM MISSING. I HAVE EMAILED THEM 3 TIMES STILL NO RESOLVE.

It took from mid October to mid December for the box to arrive and the contents weren’t that special even if cute.

I really like Accio cause I get a shirt in each box, but I can’t afford to keep it going year round so I just do it for a few months at a time.

I really enjoyed my first box, Magical Wands, I cannot wait to receive my next box.

Long time subscriber. A definite notice in quality decline. They were always a bit hit or miss but they are now way more miss than hit. Even the wand was a disappointment. And I LOVE wands. The design was beautiful, but it was really small with a super flat end. Too small to cosplay or pretend to swish and flick. The super flat end makes it bad as a display. The wand box it was in was absolutely beautiful, but that’s where the wand will stay. Untouched. Not uncommon with a lot of Accio items. The good stuff (which is rarer and rarer as it is) always has at least one flaw that makes it un-displayable/un-wearable/un-usable. And the rest is just filler crap.
Customer service and company ideals were the only reason to stay. Those seem to be unchanged (but I have seen others mention a decline here as well). But even that is not good enough to keep me subscribed. Just no longer worth it.

This box was a home run! It was my favorite box of all!

Our daughter (12), has loved receiving her subscription for her birthday present!! They all tie in so perfectly together and even though she hasn’t read all the books yet, she is familiar with something in each box!!

Accio! Shipped promptly and shirt I ordered was true to size. Unique and great quality. It washes well too! Already ordered another shirt and can't wait for its arrival.

I always love my unique creations from Accio! When I've had a rough day at work; it's comforting to come home and see my box waiting on me. Accio never disappoints me with the goodies that await me inside. In the last box I would have to say my favorite items were the shirt and wand of course. Thank you!

So far, this is my favorite Wizarding World theme box! I haven’t been disappointed once!

Excellent quality products, great shipping. Would definitely buy again. The only thing that's even close to a complaint I have is that the items get sold out eventually and don't come back (I would LOVE a mini Slughorn Hourglass, but sadly I discovered those on social media after they were no longer available) - but that's to be expected with a lot of the indie artists making the items. Would recommend this shop to any Potterhead.

Honestly, I'm holding on to hope that Accio!Box will get better. I use to really love the box, but as of late [...the last year or so], the quality of the items have been less than stellar. The t-shirts are generally quite nice, but would love to see different wearables, less paper items, more glass or resin over plastic, less "pretty packaging" and more high quality items. The price, especially plus shipping, is waaaaaaaay too high for what we have been receiving.

I love the creativity put into accio box. The items are definitely curated with the fans in mind. I’ve had two subscription boxes so far and they always came on time. The products range from fun displays to useful items. Very satisfied.

Terrible horrible delivery service.. I am still waiting for the package ordered on 5th of October. It says its in Qatar since the 22nd of November... why is it not delivered? This service should not exist. Thanks for the stress.

Brilliant boxes, absolutely love receiving them each month

I really enjoyed the boxes at first, but I feel like I get the same stuff in all my boxes now. It’s always a drawing, pin, and t-shirt. The items are very nice, and I like them, but I would like different items, so the box isn’t as predictable each month. I would like more house related items!
