Love the company's service and product. Been working with this company for 6+ years and they are my go to partner for event credentials. We had a complicated project this time that had 5 mini events within the 1 large one. We asked for the badges to be packaged within those 5 mini events and submitted the lists separately. This didn't happen and caused a bit more work on my team's end to sort everything. Would have been nice if they were grouped and labeled in the order we submitted.

Everything was great, until we got the final invoice. Without me requesting, the badges were sent next day air, costing much more than was budgeted. It would have been much better if, when I asked the data was needed, it would have been discussed and ship via ground.
