Well i called and added to my coverage getting an SR-22 and i was given the new price. So i accepted and stayed a loyal customer of yours. Then on 10/5/22 I received a letter from an underwriter saying my premium had went up an extra 34 dollars a month! I told them from the beginning i only have 1 speeding ticket in the past 10 years. First the state of Indiana tries to just fine me and penalize me after paying my ticket! Now you guys are not honoring you prices. I swear its a nightmare to deal with driving in general anymore! But i want a reason why and something stating my new monthy payments! Here i was honest from the beginning with your company and you penalize me for it! 😳
