Returns has been a nightmare
Since publishing my complaint, issue has been fixed.
ORIGINAL:
After seeing the great reviews for them here, I decided to buy 3 items from them. I ended up only keeping 1, because the other two didn’t really fit how I expected. I’ve sent the items back on the 21st of August and the items have not yet been processed and I have not received my money back. I’ve emailed a few times and received vague messages about how they’ll “check with the warehouse”, but no follow-up. It’s really disappointing because I’d definitely would’ve become an ongoing customer for them if I didn’t have this bad returns experience.

Hi Luiza,
We're sorry for the experience you've had with our returns.
We were experiencing a few delays with processing order returns, and unfortunately, yours was one of those effected by this delay.
Your return has been processed and your refund has been issued. Please allow 3-5 working days for it to clear.
Kindest regards,
Accent.
