Expensive Shipping Fees / Promo Codes Don't Apply to BAC water
Accelerate Labs' $15.00 shipping fee is overpriced compared to other peptide companies, especially for orders under $50.00. Also, their promo codes "do not work" for necessary peptide reconstitution solutions like BAC water and PBS solution. However, they did give me a $3.00 discount which was nice.
After reconstituting with their PBS solution my ARA-290 peptides did not clear up completely and there remained floaters and a few small clumps in the reconstituted ARA-290 peptide vial. I'm not sure if their PBS isn't strong enough for ARA-290 or my peptides had impurities.
P.S.: other peptide companies give free shipping on $100 orders. $300 for free shipping is way too much.

Vastaus yritykseltä Accelerate Labs
Hi Don— A few facts for the record:
Order history: You’ve purchased PBS solution only (no peptides). Your new-subscriber code was successfully applied on that first order.
Before this review: You contacted us requesting another discount. We explained—in advance—that lab supplies like PBS/BAC are excluded from most promos (as stated in the offer terms). The codes do work on eligible items.
Shipping: Our $15 flat rate covers tracked carrier service and compliant packaging. On small carts it can feel high; most customers bundle or use our high-value option below.
Best value: We offer free shipping + 10% off on complete orders of $300+ (automatic at checkout on eligible items).
You’ve edited this review several times; if anything above is inaccurate, reply and we’ll happily post the invoice and promo application screenshot for clarity. We stand by our pricing and posted terms—and we don’t make ad-hoc exceptions after a purchase in exchange for a different review.

Outstanding Service and Quality
I have only had a good experience with Accelerate Labs. Great service. Fast shipping. Excellent products. The price cant be beat anywhere for the quality. FREE Shipping after a certain price, and customer service is on point. I will only buy from Accelerate Labs.

Trustworthy!
My last order with Accelerate was late but after correspondence with customer service after the package arrived it was deemed a USPS issue not an Accelerate issue. All the previous orders and more importantly-product-from Accekerate have been delivered in a timely manner & were very effective. Definitely a trustworthy company!

I purchased a bottle of Ratatouille time for $230. When other companies with good products so the same 10 mg for just $100 but for $230 she got 30 mg. I paid $200 and something dollars for just 10 mg. And I buy from y'all a lot. When I tried to see if you can meet their price I was told no. So I'll just go to another company.

My shipment was sent to the wrong address even though my confirmation email had the correct address on it. Emailed the “contact us” never received a response so I emailed the support@accelerate email and got a message that the email does not accept mail. $350 spent and no product or way to contact the company.

I only got one of the Ten viles I ordered. The system wouldn’t process the 30% off for the sale. I’ve tried to emailed them four times and all their emails get returned undeliverable. Theirs no phone number to call. Unless something happens I won’t order from them again.
