I love the dresses! They are beautiful and fit well.

The dress arrived in a timely manner. It fits nicely. Now I am leaving at hang so I can get the wrinkles out before my special day arrives.

Ordered dress - turned up - wet poor quality- nothing like the picture, full of loose threads and very badly made.
Asked for refund and was offered 8 dollars ( I’m in UK ) to keep dress - refused and insisted I wanted a full refund as dress not fit for purpose - they increased offer to 18 dollars if I kept the dress with thinly veiled threat that if I did persist in wanting a full refund I would be liable for all the return costs .
Had to raise a credit card dispute in the end to get my money back .

Ordered 4 dresses. They fall small so be careful. 2 dresses I fit into but third dress ( same size) was too small. I just want to exchange for a bigger size but no one comes back to you. I also had a dress delivered that did not look like the dress ordered as it’s totally different material but the colours are lovely. So, not bad copies but don’t expect a designer dress.
I do wished that they responded to my emails. Such a shame. It lets you down Ascalies.

I was happy with the order and the delivery service. But the sizing is way off what is described. I am a uk 16. I ordered the 16-18 and I think my size 8 daughter might struggle with this.

READ their return policy before purchase. Very disappointed. Dress was ok, but not quite as pictured nor quality expected. Too small, even though ordered a size up. My return offer was $9 for $70 purchase. My bank thought it was a fraudulent charge and contacted me to see if it should be processed. I should have known at that moment that Acalies is not trustworthy company.

Lovely dress, right size, just like the photograph on the site. Delivered on time. All in all very satisfied.

Two dresses I bought looked like the photo online, however the one dress I bought for my mother of the bride dress was nothing like the photo. The photo looked like it was embroidered fabric, what showed up was over pixilated print. A very cheap knock off. So disappointed!
