AstralGuard provide very good hands on practice and the instructors are always ready and willing to help and guide you through the whole process. They provide real systems for practice not virtual ones. There teaching style and language is easy to understand even for a beginner in Cybersecurity. There CTF challenges are wow, they enable one to think like a true cyber security analyst. There labs are easy to understand and use.
