Abstract House Arvostelua 

I Ordered bespoke frames when the ones I had originally ordered were not the right size. Customer service was excellent and I was able to exchange them. The frames are very well made and professionally strung ready to hang. When the mounts were a few mm out for the photos we were framing, Abstract House quickly delivered ones with the correct measurements. I dealt with Sam from customer services who brilliant at sorting any queries and very helpful. The frames and mounts were packaged beautifully so there was no chance anything would be damaged. I would highly recommend Abstract House to friends.

Lovely shop. We used the online service. All queries were quickly answered and dealt with. Sam went above and beyond. The items were lovely and great quality. We ordered a framed canvas and a separate frame for an item we already had. Delivery was quick. Items well packed. Colours in the canvas are vibrant. Very pleased with the service and items. Definitely a recommended company.

I have order the painting that I had in my mind, it was shipped the same day as promised and was on my wall the next day. Transported with care, quality seems excellent and my wall looks great.

Sadly if the quality isn't as you expect the distance selling regulation doesn't phase this company. They expect you to return the item and cover costs and then it conveniently gets damaged so they pretend they are doing you a favour giving a gift voucher.

Be warned. If you have high expectations and they don't meet them you will be paying a high cost.

I ordered 3 frames and they are stunning. Very high quality. Quick dispatch. Will be ordering again.
