Absolutely Arvostelua

I am a PA and often need to get urgent documents and equipment issued out to employee’s and clients all over the UK. Absolutely deliver not only an efficient and reliable service, but this is always service with a smile. The team are so helpful, and often help me when I’m rushing (panicking!!) to get things sent out in time, they always do their best and get this done for me; keeping me updated along the way and letting me know when the item has arrived at its destination.
I want to thank them for always being so friendly, I had a big job to get done today and Tarquin was so helpful and got this all sorted on short notice (there was also a lady I spoke to when initially enquiring about this and she was also so brilliant, but unfortunately I didn’t get her name)! They have been so busy during this pandemic and yet still get it all done with no trouble. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

Great courier service, one of the easier online booking I've used in a long time! and the staff are always friendly and helpful

They were recommended to us and have been fantastic for our school during the time of having all International pupils being Covid tested. They are very quick, reliable and also a pleasure to deal with.

They didn't turn up . Neither did they offer any explanation. Just kept saying they were sorry and that they would look into what went wrong and phone back. They never did. Pathetic.

Absolutely is the only courier service I will ever use for my business needs. The team are extremely helpful and patient. I find Absolutely to be 100% reliable and I've never had any issues with any services I've used, would highly recommend. Fantastic company!

Sophie Upton was a pleasure to deal with, and resolved my issue in incredibly quickly - would recommend.

Great service, very reliable and supportive.
Customer service is always available and the staff there is very understanding.

Great courier service, one of the best I've used in a long time! I think their online booking system is really easy and quick to use, and the staff are always friendly and helpful! Incredible work

We use Absolutely for our UK business courier services both regionally and internationally. We transitioned to absolutely a couple of years ago due to poor customer services and support from a previous vendor. The move over to absolutely has made a huge difference to our business experiences for our employees (especially with us shipping to our EMEA locations and our remote workplace). The team are always on hand to support my team with issues providing honest feedback and solutions if we have problems. Account Management and reporting is next to none and we get everything we need from a management perspective. When our business had to pivot to remote work during COVID, absolutely supported our demand and continue to do so. It's a company you can partner with and I also know were in safe hands.

I use Absolutely frequently, their customer service agents are very professional and caring.

Their drivers are extremely professional and always smiling, and I really appreciate their outstanding customer service especially now during these (hard times) that me and my company are relying on these heros to deliver our documents across London with a great risk

Thank you for all your hard work and please stay safe.

:) :)

I have used many courier companies in the past which have never reached the standard's that I would expect from a courier company , but the Absolutely team seem the have this one sown up , nothing is ever to much trouble for these guys in the every changing world time of dispatching goods ,

Working for Absolutely was a great experience. The team are very kind and welcoming to new recruits. Training was really clear and helpful. Would work for them again in the future.

Great communication and always reliable. Sophie Upton has been an incredible help & handles all our unique delivery requests quickly and professionally. A great company, we moved all our deliveries from other couriers to this one as we trust them the most!

Always professional! I've been using Absolutely (formerly Reuter Brooks) for the past 12 years without fail. Online bookings are even easier and more convenient now! Highly recommended.

"We have been using Absolutely couriers for nearly a year now and have had an excellent experience. Their chilled van fleet enables us to deliver our food safely and efficiently to our customers. Lorraine and Trevor are very responsive and will always let us know well in advance if there are any driver delays due to traffic or unforeseen issues."

We transferred to using Absolutely's services in Q1 2020 and never looked back. Professional, friendly and reliable. If ever there is an issue, they resolve it quickly and are very communicative. The online booking and tracking tool is excellent.
