Quick response. Polite knock on door. Very customer oriented couple of operatives, happy to oblige, answered questions politely. Going beyond their call out duty by doing a few xtra unreported jobs around the property after a look around. Didn't stop for a cold drink even though it was blistering hot. I was so happy with them and very satisfied with the work carried out. They also noted other work to be done and, as professionals, asked if they could report it on my behalf because I am a little forgetful. That was very concerning for them and they promised to inform the office.

Spoke with a lovely lady called caz on first call as had 2 issues. 1 emergency and 1 not so much. Cas managed to get me an emergency callout and had the tech here within 2 hours. But couldn't get through to other so she said she wd email them and they wd contact me next day.... thankyou caz for being so nice polite and helpful.. was really appreciated.

I have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Abri. Communication is continuously poor, with repeated delays. When problems have been raised, I have often been ignored completely and have to chase a response.

Customer service is frustrating, with different people providing inconsistent information and little accountability for resolving concerns.

Overall, I feel ignored and undervalued. I would NOT recommend Abri based on my experience and hope that significant improvements are made.

This experience was good, I had to wait a while for an appointment, but it was a simple,non emergency plumbing,so thats fair enough, Mike was very friendly and did the job quickly and well.Thankyou

An electrician called Nathan has carried out works in my home, twice now. On both occasions he was punctual, knowledgeable and professional.

My brother has learning difficulties and I wished to represent him in sorting out some maintenance issues. I spoke to Poppy who was so helpful and sent me all the necessary paperwork I needed to complete. She also told me to call straight back if I needed any more advice.
Representing someone who is unable to complete tasks was made so much easier because of Poppys willingness to help.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Martin the Glazer came to fix my windows and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, helpful and genuinely caring.

His work was completed very efficiently and to a very high standard. He ensured to leave the area clean and tidy too.

The service was really good, and they were very polite. The job was sorted and the window was fixed.

We’ve lived in a few housing association-managed apartments and Abri has to be the worst.

Our block in Green Park (Reading) has no site manager. There’s no due care for the welfare of residents. Abri only contact you when it concerns rent. Other than that you will never hear from them. The staff are very ignorant.

Residents have been complaining about a tenant in our block in Green Park (Reading) that’s very erratic and chaotic.

They blast music on repeat from their apartment all day long including Monday mornings. We hear doors being slammed in their apartment all day long.

They are a balcony pacer 24/7 banging their balcony door as they chain smoke throughout the day including at weird hours like 1AM, 3AM, 5AM while people sleep and they talk so loud on their phone from their balcony all day long you can literally here their conversation from a mile away.

They even dispose off their cigarette ends from their balcony into the flower bed across the pavement creating a fire hazard and endangering residents and vehicles in the car park.

We often pick up the cigarette ends from the pavement and the following day we find some more.

Local councillors have emailed Abri on our behalf and their emails have been ignored with no replies.

Multiple complaints have been made about this resident over and over again and Abri haven’t done anything to address this issue to the point they haven’t even sent out a general notice to all residents in the block.

This resident has no consideration for other residents as they walk out of their flat into communal areas and the car park in their sleeping gown even at 4PM.

They are the definition of a tenant from hell often seen loitering in the car park as they are someone with no routine, no schedule, no job and are always all over the place.

I chatted with a lady called Heather and found her very helpful and as regarding the problem she had it sorted within a couple of hours it was nice to deal with someone with great common sense and ability to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently the world needs more Heather's

Paul the plumber arrived earlier than expected after being on call all night. He did a excellent job fixing a over flowing cistern.

For the past two years and eight months my family’s lives have been ruined by our neighbours noise abuse and Abri housings lack of care!

We have been dealing with noise abuse from the Property above us all of this time which has caused a huge impact on my family and ruined our lives.

I have had a massive mental health breakdown which caused me to self harm and I nearly took my own life.

My 18-year-old son had to live elsewhere while sitting his GCSEs no Child should have to leave their home because of abuse from their neighbours.

My 16 year-old has become very withdrawn from Life as very little interesting things and constantly wears headphones.

My 13 year-old daughter is now suffering for a mental health breakdown she has self harmed, she is now under two counselling services. It is having a massive detrimental effect on her school & social life. Now unfortunately most of the time she now does not even stay in what is supposed to be our family Home.

My 4 year-old gets so scared from the banging and scraping noises from upstairs, some days she just sits and cries and asks why do they do this and other days she looks up and start screaming for the neighbours to please stop making the noise.

How is this allowed? How are Abri allowed to let us live this way? They are my family’s landlords they have a duty of care to us. This has been an ongoing battle and really they’ve done very Little to help us. They’ve put monitoring equipment in my property twice but when they do that they have to inform the neighbours they are doing so, so in my mind it’s a waste of resources. If you know you’re being monitored you’re going to be quiet.

They did have an outside company come in and do a sound test between the properties which has proven that there is a big problem with the noise transfer between properties, this was done quite a long time ago now but even though this has been proven Abri made no steps to fix the problem.

If Abri can’t make the neighbours upstairs remove their parquet flooring then they need to do something in my Property to lesson the noise impact.

At the beginning of this when I tried to kill myself, I asked Abri to be moved. They told me they couldn’t do this as there was no risk to Life involved. There was a huge risk to Life. There was a huge risk that I was going to take my own life. They put me in touch with Thames Home choice and said I would get moved up to a higher band if I gave them my medical evidence of my breakdown and my daughter’s lung disease (as we also have lots of mould in the Property),this was in fact rejected as the mould could be cleaned and I had not been locked up in a mental institution!!

I contact Abri constantly to ask for updates of what has been done about the noise abuse from our neighbours to be told it’s in the hands of solicitors. They can’t tell me anything but they never get back to me with a solution. I am at the end of my tether I need answers and my family need help desperately.

Abri should be absolutely appalled for allowing this to have gone on for two years and eight months. I’ve never been so disgusted with a company in all my life. I pray to God that none of them ever have to live through a situation like this. To be honest, it’s not living we’re just exist these days we have no real family life.

Abri, you have ruined mine and my family‘s lives!!! 

Residents in our Abri-managed block in Green Park, Reading have been complaining about a very erratic and chaotic resident that’s been running wild 24/7 in their flat, communal areas and car park for months and Abri haven’t taken any action to address the ongoing issues from the tenant causing distress to other residents in the building.

Can't fault the two men Richard and Tony who came out to paint my bathroom they were really nice and polite
