I recently had a kitchen light fitting replaced and the young man was super efficient, and polite. He cleaned up the slight mess afterwards. Charming chap. Thankyou.
I also had the boiler serviced and I was so surprised the young man dried his feet at front door (it was heaving it down) super efficient and notified me that i needed a replacement fire alarm.
Both visits i was texted to say on their way. Thank you

We called abri customer services about a current issue with our boiler, Mandy was very helpful and made sure that she got hold of the correct team for our issue and was very kind and putting 110%, give this woman a raise! Thank you!!

It’s a lovely wholesome community cafe with wonderful initiatives and service. I’ll definitely be a frequent customer.

I use the community pantry and treat myself to a coffee from here when I work from home. Everyone who works/volunteers here are lovely and welcoming.

The food and drinks are hot, fresh, and tasty. Compared to other local cafés the prices are a lot cheaper too so you get your money's worth.

The repair was carried out to a high standard

My brother’s health deteriorated and as he has no friends or family support in the area, it was a major concern for me (I live over 150 miles away). He regularly fell and his home at the time was no longer a safe haven for him. I was always worried he’d be unable to get up or end up in hospital. His bungalow was an Abri property and once I was put in contact with their Extra Care Connections Team positive things really started to happen! From the initial application process through to today, the Team could not have been more professional, helpful, ‘can do’ and caring. Through the applicatation process I kept needing guidance and advice and the Team never hesitated to provide it. They were reassuring, patient and showed empathy at a time when things were spiralling for my brother. I genuinely can’t praise the Team enough. My brother’s self confidence is coming back, he is a much happier and positive person - this is all down to the help and kindness of the Extra Care Connections Team.

Im happy with the repair carried out on the boiler. It took roughly about an hour and same with the bathroom pull cord which took about roughly 15 minutes. I didn't wait long for them to visit. Quick and efficient with both
The only issue is that I had to wait about a month for both jobs.
Otherwise im completely satisfied.

⁷8I really don't understand why you replace things with different none matching ...e.g lock barrels and none matching in a relatively 2yr home ..why your staff do not have enough time or the right equipment it's shoddy workmanship ..sadly ...why after exchange your previous tenant s repairs out standing and two years of debt of muti thousands is out standing and 8 months later still caused muti issues with access and debt for myself as they never gave their name to services for two years ..why antisocial behaviour is every where and some staff are extremely efficient and others are definitely not ..
I'm very disappointed with the whole situation ..I've had to completely redecorate is in process due to the flat was wrecked when I moved in yellow with stains and stunk degusting..
Thank god after 8 months you've tackled the damp ..but my health has been affected quite bad ...bullying is well known about and disgusting especially to senior citizen and vulnerable people..single women are targeted ...drugs is everywhere .. and fraudulent activity .. talk the talk and not the walk ..in others word s to say and not do is poor customer service sadly as a ex nurse and senior support worker I'm deeply depressed by the whole unprofessional poor services ...I don't need you to send a auto reply reading these reviews and being a customer for 22 years this year is shocking Thank God you have some outstanding amazing staff ..who would be appreciated and given praise for a job well done...who are professional ,respectful and a credit to your company ...
As a landlord these people make your company shine and probably have to carry the less professional and reluctant works ..
To those professional employees thank you ,who all deserve a 5 star the other 0 taking the Micheal..( and will probably do yourself out of a job or wage deduction)thank you ..I can see why alot of your work is being contacted out now ..
Proper job is always needed to maintain our investments tenant and landlords

Had a leak with my toilet a lovely man Jordan came out on Christmas Eve to fix it turned out to be a quick easy job but he was very polite and professional

In our shed we had problems with lock for long time. Someone turned up but repair wasn't big success
And thank to Scott Boulton intervention-on 7th January turned up MARK.
Mark repaired our lock in just few minutes- screwdriver in his hand and there was no more problems!!!
In scale 1- 10 l would give him ( Mark) 11 points!!!😀

Carla was really helpful and polite. I was amazed by her phone call regarding the outstanding issues, I have never had any follow-up calls ever before and she is going to ring me next week with a update as to how the progress is going. Thank-you Carla you have put my trust back in for ABRI.

Honestly cannot thank Casey and Keith enough when we had an emergency callout on Saturday. The hot water pipe burst underneath our bathtub and we ended up having water flood into our frontroom. Both Casey and Keith went above and beyond to help us and I really can't express how appreciative we are. Thank you so much for how quickly you got to our property,and how you sorted out everything for us. Many thanks to all the team who helped us out this weekend.

Mark, an Electrician, came to repair a faulty socket and I found him to be friendly and courteous. He quickly assessed the problem and explained what needed to be done. Mark carried out the repair efficiently and to a high standard. He tested the socket and made sure that it was working perfectly before he left. I was very impressed with Mark’s professional manner and attention to detail.

Aroon came to fix my light in batroom which was going off after 10 minutes been on despite me buying a new bulb light he came within the tome of the slot fix the problem in not time thanks
