National deliveries are sent via couriers, with deliveries to East Sussex, Kent, West Sussex, Surrey, South London, West London carried out via our own fleet of vehicles. The website and ordering online system…

The website and ordering online system was simple and easy to follow. I ordered on a Monday and my cowls were available for delivery on the Wednesday but as I was working I postponed delivery to the following day. They arrived in shortish window given on the Thursday so very pleased and awaiting installation by my chimney guy. Thank you!

Maybe my experience was not the…

Maybe my experience was not the standard. I brought online but collected 30mm clouts that were in fact 38mm. Slate vents were also not that ordered. This necessitated another trip to exchange costing me time and fuel. I found the counter assistant very helpful but a behind scene person replaced qty by 1 less than returned.

There was nothing wrong with the item…

There was nothing wrong with the item and it was sent out promptly, unfortunately it was sent to the wrong address, luckily I was tracking the delivery and was able to contact the courier who were able to tell me the address they had used. It was not straightforward retrieving the parcel and wasted a lot of my time.
On contacting the company they just said sorry, it was a typing error.

Ordered ages ago

Ordered ages ago, no time scale no interaction or anything. Very poor service won’t be using again! I’ve had to order my scribes from roofing outlet instead as they are much quicker
