Overall good but frustrating
Overall glad they funded our second project. There were too many people involved in closing and clarifications or changes needed. We would have a revision request on a document and then after we revise through all stakeholders, they would request more changes instead of requesting all revisions at once. This happened with multiple insurance docs, closing docs and made the closing very frustrating.

Broker Coordination - Ease of Execution
Each of the members of the transaction team (AE, Processor, Underwriter, Closer, etc.) were easy to work with. Requirements were clearly laid out. We have closed on time with both of my experiences with ABL and had no surprises throughout. One item to note: there isn't a broker portal to be able to help facilitate the deal start to finish. Everything is email-based.
