Impressed from start to finish
Impressed from start to finish. Staff in the Hanley shop were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Surveyor/ fitter worked tirelessly to overcome a problem with the surface of the stairs and he did it! I was both relieved and grateful to him. A job well done.

Having bought a mobility scooter nearly…
Having bought a mobility scooter nearly two years ago we recently had difficulty in putting the scooter in the car.We went to the Ableworld branch in Hanley Stoke on Trent and the staff Kev and Dawn where extremely helpful Apart from being so very friendly and knowledgeable they sorted us out and even put the scooter in our car.It is a great shame that in this day and age all companies could not be the same.Excellent service and we’ll definitely be back there when we decide to upgrade

Excellent staff members
My mother wanted to purchase a mobility scooter for me and on visiting the ableworld store in fenton she was greeted warmly by staff members Kevin and Dawn. They were both helpful in suggestions and also practicality. When I arrived to pick up the scooter all paperwork was ready to complete and all safety information was ready for me to look at as well as to test the scooter out. Kevin helped my husband to put it in the car safely and checked we were co portable both it all before completing the purchase. Great team.
