Ableworld - Gloucester Arvostelua 

Finally had to admit I needed a mobility scooter and decided to visit Ableworld. Bridget and Andy were absolutely first class from start to finish. I explained what I needed and they recommended an appropriate scooter within my price range. They allowed me to test drive the scooter at my own pace and suggested I went away to discuss with my family which we did. The scooter was delivered as promised. No pressure selling no trying to get you to buy more than you need just great service with a smile.

Two weeks ago my husband and I visited Ableworld in Longsmith Street,Gloucester. We wanted advice for some aids for my husband who has breathing difficulties and now is unable to walk any distance.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the Manager, Andy. Andy very kindly gave us a full demonstration of the mobility scooters he thought appropriate for my husband. We were so impressed we bought a mobility scooter then and there and brought it home - and have since found this a great boon!
We, while on that same visit, tried some riser/recliner armchairs and were very impressed! As a result we also bought new chairs!
The Manager himself and his engineer, Ian, delivered the chairs this morning, in a careful and respectful manner.
We are very impressed with the firm and especially the team from the Gloucester branch!

Have been in a few times to look at the mobility scooters for my father. He has very specific issues with his knee so not all scooters are suitable.
Hayley was hugely friendly and helpful on our first visit, bringing a number of scooters out so Dad could try them, but not pressurising a sale or specific model.
We returned for a test drive and again, the team could not have been more helpful with no pressure to buy. Happy to let him go away and think about the purchase.
Finally, he has bought one and again both Hayley and Stuart ensured that the purchase was straightforward and stress-free answering all my and Dad's questions and setting the scooter up ready for delivery.

I have visited the gloucester shop 3 times inquiring about a mobility scooter for my mother Julie. I was very happy with Hayley’s help. I left the shop after buying one very happy and would like to say thank you to Hayley for helping us choose the right one, her patience’s and knowledge of the scooter. Demonstrating and dismantling it and for making us laugh.

I purchased 2 recliner chairs at ableworld in Gloucester, the person who served me was named Serina. What a great experience that was, she was very well informed of the right chair for my age and disability, also for my husband. She was such a lovely person I would defineataly go to this shop again. I,ve als purchased a folding scooter from this store not long ago, also a very good service. Thank you Ableworld.

The lady was very helpful gave us lot information about the recliner chairs was serve by SERINA in Gloucester definitely recommend any people and recommend the lady who serve us nothing was to much trouble
