Ablesurveyors Arvostelua

The report was well organised and included information that was very useful.

It also showed that the survey was well conducted and highlighted any issues that need to be addressed

The end to end service was excellent.

I had a very positive experience with Able Surveyors while carrying out my building survey. From the initial enquiry to the final report, their service was highly professional, efficient, and reassuring.

What made my experience great was their clear communication and attention to detail. They took the time to explain the survey process, what to expect, and answered all my questions patiently. The survey itself was carried out thoroughly, and the report provided was comprehensive, well-structured, and easy to understand—even for someone without a technical background.

They delivered the report before the agreed timeframe and ensured I was fully informed at every stage. I particularly appreciated their honest and practical advice, which helped me make informed decisions about the property.

Overall, I would highly recommend Able Surveyors to anyone needing a reliable and competent surveying service.

They were quick to reply and offered a more than competitive quote, coming in at £200 cheaper than the other quote we received. They arranged for the survey to take place within 10 working days of our initial contact with them, then returning that survey to us within two working days of it taking place. Astonishingly quick. We are happy with the suvey also, it seems comprehensive and as thorough as they could be.

I have used Able Surveyors Limited twice now and they have being very efficient both times. They booked the survey as soon as I paid and sent the final report 1 day after.

The surveyor was also readily available to take a call to provide clarity on issues raised.
I will definitely use them again when I need to.

I did level 3 survey of home with ablesurveyors. The report was comprehensive, detailed and gave me insights in the property that greatly assisted us with decision making. Jack Sullivan was very helpful in explaining the report findings and identifying critical points of the survey. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We had a really great experience with Able Surveyors. They were super responsive, efficient - got us booked in ASAP, did the survey and a comprehensive report was sent the next day. They are also very competitively priced compared to larger firms who don't have the same service. I would definitely recommend!

The Level 2 survey was easy to book, promptly carried out and I received the report in very good time at a reasonable price. Communication was great and I was kept informed about the progress along the way. The surveyor was also very helpful in answering queries that arose following the survey.

Could not fault. Quick to come with quote. Quick to inspect the property and Quick to finalise the report. Report is very indepth (not that I know what most of it means) but offered a chat if iv any questions. Great local company to deal with. Highly recommend

I recently had a Level 3 survey carried out by Able Surveyors, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
The report was well-structured, easy to follow, and highlighted both major concerns and minor issues in a way that was practical. Any questions I had were answered promptly by Ross in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole experience far less stressful.

Jack and the team delivered the RICS survey report promptly and with great detail &timely. They were responsive and provided additional information quickly when requested. A professional and reliable service throughout.

Communication with this company was excellent from the very beginning. They really stood out with their competitive pricing, and once I accepted the quote and paid the invoice, everything moved quickly and efficiently. Within a week, the survey had been completed and the report delivered. The report itself was extremely thorough and detailed. Highly recommended, thank you!☺️

Great service from Jack Sullivan. Contacted the company on the Thursday and the next day the survey was carried out and by Saturday Or Sunday I had the full report emailed over. All very detailed with photos of possible potential problems and all very clear for me.
Would highly recommend this company to others

Very comprehensive level 2 survey. Received the report in less than 24 hours. Would use again!

very professional - used their service twice

We had a fantastic experience with Able Surveyors. Our surveyor Jack was speedy and thorough, sending the report within 24 hours of the survey. All our additional concerns were included in the booking and addressed.

I came across Jack at Able Surveyors when he conducted a Homebuyers Survey on the property I was selling. I found him to be very thorough and professional, therefore when I recently (finally) found a property I wanted to buy, I contacted Able Surveyors, and requested Jack to undertake a level 3 survey due to the age of the property. I was really pleased with the report, which included estimates for the work that would need to be completed, and an indication of how serious/urgent any defects were. I also had a number of questions post survey, which Jack answered quickly and effectively. Thanks Jack, fully recommended!

I had a very positive experience with Able Surveyors.

They were quick to provide a quote that was broadly in line with other surveyors I had contacted. What stood out was their approach — they simply shared the quote along with the key highlights of their service and invited me to reach out if I had any questions. There was no pressure or repeated follow-up calls to secure the booking, unlike several other surveyors I contacted. This gave me the space to make a decision based on my own judgement.

I booked the RICS Level 2 survey on 24th February, the inspection was carried out on 4th March, and the full report was delivered to my inbox the following morning. The report itself was very detailed and addressed the concerns I had raised.

Throughout the process the team was highly responsive — emails were typically answered within a few hours, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Even after the report was delivered they shared contact details should I have any further questions.

Overall a very professional service and I would happily recommend them.

I would highly recommend these surveyors - it was extremely easy to obtain a quote, always communicated promptly and the report was delivered the following day. It was clear to follow and thorough and Jack immediately responded to all our enquiries after receiving the report and provided clear advice. Overall a very stress free experience.
