Ablesurveyors Arvostelua

We recently used Able Surveyors for the purchase of a new property and had an excellent experience with our level 3 survey. From start to finish, the process was incredibly efficient. Our survey was arranged and completed, with the full report returned, in less than a week and in comparison to other quotes we got they were very reasonably priced.

In comparison, a friend of mine who made an offer on a property just three days after us, has been waiting over a month just to have their survey carried out. The difference in service really stood out.

The report itself was thorough and detailed, and Jack was extremely helpful throughout, always available to answer questions and provide additional insight, which gave us confidence when going into renegotiations.

I would highly recommend Able Surveyors to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive service.

Ross did a nice job .
We are very happy and will definitely recommend the team to our family and friends.
Thank you Ross.

Would recommend Able surveyors. Survey was arranged promptly and communication was excellent. Survey comprehensive. Surveyor was easily contactable post survey for any queries.

I had a great experience with Able Surveyors. They were easy to deal with, responded promptly to all my queries, and the turnaround time for the report was very quick. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I would happily recommend them.

The report produced was clear, easy to read, and thoughtful - offering an overall opinion, a summary of suggested repairs and associated costs to consider, as well as a thorough breakdown of many different aspects of the property, The report is produced with a traffic light rating system (green, yellow, red), which easily allowed my wife and I to understand what was working well, and the potential issues with the property.

As well, the company was easy to communicate with both before and after the survey.

Great service! Booked a level 3 survey in within the week and received a detailed report back the day after the survey was completed. Very happy!

We requested a Level 3 survey and they were able to provide a quote instantly. Once we agreed to go with them they were very quick in organising the survey and were able to get it booked in for the next week. After they completed the survey they got a full report back to us the next day which was great. It clearly laid out the concerns with the property and provided simple explanations for areas of concern with plenty of resources for what to do next and the costs of various fixes. Not only was it a great service but also very user friendly and a great price.
Thanks Ross!

Easy to book. Great communication and service. The survey was completed in a timely manner. The report itself was clear and detailed. Follow up queries were responded to promptly.

First time buyer of a flat on the top floor of a converted period property. Able Surveyors were able to give a quote for a RICS Level 3 survey that was not much more expensive than a RICS Level 2 from other companies so it was a bit of a no brainer.

Survey was booked within a week of payment and Ross had the survey in my inbox at 9am the next day! Survey was detailed with photographic evidence of everything he looked at. I specifically asked Able surveyors to double check the roofing and timber which they did!

Outstanding service and exceeding expectations.
We are so grateful of the service that offers Able surveyors, from getting a quote to booking a survey. Everything was professionally handled and in timely manner. We were pressed by time since the property we were interested in was a modern auction and the person I had on the phone was the most helpful and friendly person (and I am sorry for not asking the name). Once we accepted the quote (with clear options), the promised slot was booked and everything went smoothly in the background. Thank you Ross for a quick and thorough report. Although it was online and over the phone, we felt the human touch and efficiency!

Ross Magee was extremely professional and helpful. I am very happy with my Homebuyers Survey and support. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with the experience we had with Ablesurveyors. Clear process, quick, easy, reasonably priced and reactive to follow-up emails. Overall, feel the process was very smooth, the paperwork and report provided are easy to understand, providing enough guidance and space should we need to follow-up with anything. Couldn't fault the experience to be honest.

Received fantastic service from Dean Davidson who surveyed a property for us. We got a level 3 survey booked and Dean shared the report the very next day! The report was very thorough and Dean has patiently responded to all follow on queries with professionalism and promptness. From start to finish, everything was handled really well. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Impressive service - used on two occasions now, and both times, I received the report the day after the survey took place. The report is detailed, easy to follow, and to understand. I definitely recommend!

I have used Able Surveyors on three occasions over the years and they have always provided quick and reliable services. Their prices are good compared to others.

Turned around a Homebuyers Survey in lightning quick time. Really excellent service.

good communication throughout and a quick service. Also reasonably priced.

Very communicative, Able Surveyors were able to get our survey booked in, completed and the report to us within 8 days!

This is the second property we've used Able Surveyors for and we'd definitely use them again in the future.

Quick turnaround with survey report received on a Bank Holiday Monday. Thanks Dean :)
