Ordered a gift for my partner for Christmas and the quality of the product is fantastic.
There was a delay with the order (fabric shortages) and, while this was not communicated, some extras/goodies thrown in was definitely a kind gesture.

So accommodating for my size and really easy and lovely to talk to - a very personal and tailored experience, not to mention the fabrics and styles are so flattering, comfortable and adjustable! Simple, Straightforward and Lovely
Simple and straightforward process. Lovely website with lots of product photos to browse and help me decide what to purchase. After Christmas I decided to treat myself, I was aware the company might still be catching up after the Christmas/New Year madness but when I messaged them for an update there was a quick, friendly and professional response which I appreciated. Everything went smoothly and when I received my order, it was also packaged so nicely it was like another Christmas present! Lovely experience, thank you.
