Abertay International Training Ltd Arvostelua 

I enjoyed every bit of the First Aid train the trainer course in January 2019 done in Manchester. Brilliant and exciting trainer. Never regretted choosing Abertay Int'l Training Ltd.

I arranged fire, first aid and manual handling through Abertay International at times and locations as scheduled. Paul and the team of trainers were very knowledgeable in subject matters with classes that involved everyone. I would not hesitate to use Abertay for further training/ re-qualification when required.

It took 4 months to get on a course because they kept being cancelled but when i did the training course was good however, there after the help and support by them was none existent! kept sending emails but no response, never answered the phone. In fact the the support is that bad i have signed up to another governing body. They are badly organised and i would strongly not recommend them to anyone

We found Abertay training a great company to deal with very professional and responsive in their approach. I would highly recommend Paul and his trainers.

Abertay are a great training organisation that I would highly recommend. I have completed many qualifications with them and every time course content and materials where of top quality. The trainers always made you feel welcome and where easy to approach.

You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap option in comparison to other. Once booked they wouldn't give me the address of the venue. Kept pushing for the address and eventually recieved an e-mail saying the course was cancelled, I could wait two months or do it at another venue. Opted for the other venue, which cost me another £200+ for hotel, travel, food etc.

Course was low quality. Rushed through and didn't teach what I believe it should have been teaching having recieved similar training else where. However, for me, content wasn't as relevant as getting the certificate to be able to teach the course as I had plenty of experience and training elsewhere. Physical course material was non existent. They said it would be posted on to us.

Completed the course, waited several weeks for promised course material and certificate. Nothing showing. Chased them up. No response. Chased them up again, they said it had been posted, several weeks later. still no sign, chased them up again - now they just dont responed, have tried each week for several weeks and no response. £600 down the tube. Never use these people, Just dont.

Abertay have claimed this is a false statement. No it isn't.
Yes, they send you a digital link to course material that cannot be downloaded. On the course we were promised hard copies that never materialised. You've replied with comments from 5 candidates. There were more than that on the course. I think with the additions on the final day (as not everyone did the teaching side) there were around 12 and the venue had to bring in more chairs.

You also mention about the venues. Read other reviews about Abertay and they same the same thing. People book for a venue, then it gets changed on them last minute. I'm not the only one saying this.

So, well over a year later, still no books, still no certificate, still out of pocket.
