Vastaus yritykseltä Abbot's Shoes
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
A refund on your order was issued on the 02/01/2025, which was within 5 working days of your parcel arriving to us as stated in our returns policy.
We are normally a little quicker to process returns, however we do tend to have a couple of days off to celebrate Christmas.
Thanks,
Abbot's Shoes

Great shoes
Great shoes, many thanks for these choices of top qualities brands at very good prices.
Great improvement to reimburse taxes for returns.
May I suggest to have further explanation for the meanings of different lasts in different brands.
size 7,5 size 8 may be very different from one to brand to another or even from one last to the other for the same brand.
Very puzzling for me.
More help would really be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for what you can do on this matter.
