Thank you Raymond for your feedback and for choosing A&A Gas!
As a small local business, we operate with just one phone line and a single team member answering calls. If we miss a call or are already on the line, we kindly ask for our customers to leave a voicemail, and we always aim to respond the same day, either via telephone, email or whatsapp - especially for urgent enquiries.
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a call centre style service at present, but your suggestion for more direct communication is much appreciated. We’re committed to keeping you warm and comfortable!
Warm regards,
Hanna

They do a thorough annual service on my boiler (I have tried to word it three different ways and it always sounds rude 😳). They are reliable and friendly.
