Used this company to provide care for my 95 year old father. He can't speak highly enough of the service provided. At the moment he has one half hour visit first thing in the morning helping with breakfast and general tidy up. Treated professionally and with dignity. Comprehensive care plan and regular contact with myself to ensure needs are met. I'd say good value for money.
The carers who looked after my mum were excellent. I was very happy with how they looked after my mum and she was also very grateful.
I was their first Harrow Branch client caring for my Dad. They looked after him for about 4-5 months before he passed. Like any new branch there were a few teething problems that were eventually resolved but this was mainly down to the superstar branch manager Rashmi. Rashmi listened to our needs and sourced the carers accordingly. She dealt with issues promptly and was always helpful going the extra mile. Finding the right carers that suit you and the person who needs caring takes time so you need to be patient. Rashmi is the person who can help do this for you. My life was more bearable with their support. Being a carer is very hard work physically and emotionally. So credit to all carers out there. I can't comment about their other branches but I would definitely recommend the Harrow branch under Rashmi. Thank you to Rashmi and the great carers we had.
