Aalto Arvostelua

Did exactly as promised - teeth straightened for half the cost of Invisalign hassle free. When I wasn't happy with how straight my teeth were after my first set of aligners, I was able to get a new set of aligners for free to make my teeth straighter and how I wanted them.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Aalto Retainers! They have straightened my teeth beautifully, and I’m so happy with my results. My smile has given me so much more confidence, and I genuinely love smiling now! 🥹❤️ The entire team is absolutely amazing, so friendly, caring, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. They make you feel so comfortable and truly care about helping you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted. I couldn’t recommend Aalto Retainers enough to anyone considering improving their smile. I’m so grateful to the whole team for giving me a smile I feel so confident and happy with! 💕✨

Good service and very friendly staff! The dentist was kind and gentle, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience. Highly recommended!

I was initially hesitant with Aalto as I wasn't aware there had been a name change from Bitesoft Co - but their customer service has been great and always gotten back to me in an appropriate time and helpful when things weren't going as planned. Having finished my treatment a few years ago, Aalto had no issues with me only needing to order a new retainer and had all my treatment history and information on file which they could work with.

I’ve had a great experience with Aalto from start to finish. The team has been friendly, responsive and thorough throughout the entire process and their pricing is very affordable compared to other options. I’ve already recommended Aalto to multiple people and would highly recommend them to anyone considering aligners. I’ve gone from feeling insecure about my teeth to feeling much more confident in my smile and I’m really happy with my results!

I did my full set of aligners with Aalto and was such a great experience! The amazing team provided so much support and guidance. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their teeth straightened and have the full support!

Quick and affordable

My initial aligner plan was with Bitesoft and half way through the company changed hands. The process has been easy and smooth, using the scan box for fortnightly check ins, however the response from the dentist seems to always come quite late in the night regardless of when I sent my scans in. I also was under the impression my first set of retainers were included in the initial payment but they weren’t. However customer service is really prompt in answering emails and always helpful.

Smooth 10-month treatment (Dec 2025 – Oct 2026). All deliveries and check-ins were handled via mail and email and the app. Clear instructions, responsive customer support, and really good final results. A convenient option.

Being able to re order retainers easily after treatment is really important, without having to go through a costly procedure. So as long as this is still accessible continued easily into future, it means that the initial treatment for teeth doesn’t go back to where it was before treatment. So upfront costs are honest and not tricky to have to continue crazy expenses after.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bitesoft! The entire process was incredible from start to finish, and in just 4 months, my teeth have been transformed. The aligners were easy to use, the process was smooth, and I’m absolutely amazed by the results. I can’t believe how much my smile has changed in such a short amount of time! I would highly recommend Bitesoft to anyone considering aligners. If you’re thinking about doing it, do it! I’m so happy with my results and couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Couldn’t fault the process start to finish and extremely happy with the final results. Couldn’t be happier!

At less than half the price quoted by others it was a no brainer. Having the involvement of a dentist and dental monitoring was great. I liked the dentist alto referred me to so much that I’ve actually kept her as my general dentist. Communication has been great and I’m really happy with the outcome.

I had done plenty of research on clear aligners before starting my treatment with Bitesoft (now Aalto), I was a bit sceptical about going ahead as I am located in NZ, however Aalto managed to deal direct to a dentist near me and made my experience super easy and efficient.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa, Emma, and Daisy, they all have been super lovely and helpful throughout my treatment. There were a few tweaks I needed, but with the free guarantee of refinement aligners I am back on track to get my straighter smile!

Service, quality, and transparency are what make people recommended a company. And I for sure recommend Aalto for anyone wanting to fix their smile!

Remote tracking of my progress, fast shipping and easy to follow instructions kept my aligner journey on track. Can’t argue with the results.

I have had a really great experience with Aalto! Very easy to communicate with, very informative and such a straight forward process! Plus my teeth are the straightest they’ve ever been and I’m in love with my new smile!! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to fix their smile!

The team from Aalto is so lovely! Getting a couple of freebies sent with my second ordered retainer. Made my day!

Quick and easy, very friendly and helpful service

Everyone at Aalto has been fantastic to deal with. The whole process from start to finish was clear and straight forward. I’ve already got 2 of my friends using Aalto now just from me telling them how easy the process is. Will recommend to everyone
