I don't think I've ever had such a positive experience with any tradesperson. It's very clear Arnis takes a lot of pride in his work, really cares about customer satisfaction, and has a lot of experience in flooring.

From the start and throughout he was really communicative - responding to my request for a quote almost immediately and always responding to emails within a day, during the work sending daily updates on progress and next steps, and pro-actively following up after the job was finished to ensure we were happy with the result - so many people would have just left and sent an invoice, so that follow up was really appreciated. As it happened we had a couple of minor snagging issues to raise with the floor finish, and he was more than happy to come round the within 24h to give it another full sand (by hand) and varnish to resolve those and make sure we were happy.

The whole process was as smooth as you could ask for - a quick response to our initial enquiry, helpful and informative site visit to discuss options and what was needed, transparancy around availability, a very reasonable price, and, when the job started, it was done very efficiently, thoroughly and professionally.

Absolutely delighted with the work from Arnis and AAFloors. After a rental period, our wooden floors were looking very tired, but they completely transformed them back to their original beauty.

Our wooden floors were in terrible condition, and we needed all the rooms except kitchen and bathroom to be worked on. Arnis and Ginter worked really efficiently and kept the disruption to the minimum. They were very organised and worked with quiet professionalism. The repair, sanding and finishing was completed quicker than I expected and the result has truly transformed our home. Very very happy with the quality of work, the way it was done and the reasonable cost.

This was a very small job but he managed to fit us in when other companies would have turned their noses up. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Very happy with the work.

Excellent job. Installed chevron parquet flooring in my living room. Visited a number of times prior to explain the options and talk through the job. Communication great throughout. Really happy with the result.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They did a brilliant job helping us to remove some damaged wooden flooring to access a leaking heating pipe.

They took a huge amount of great care and were consultative, thoughtful and supportive throughout what was a challenging situation.

They will also be coming back to refit and restore the floor.

Arnie and Bo did an excellent job of resanding and sealing my kitchen floor and part of the hall. They colour matched the existing wood very well and also did some repairs. My floor looks like new. I was also given good advice on what products to use for aftercare.

Arnis is very professional and knowledgeable. Super reliable and honest , he did an excellent job with the floor . I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend him.

Great experience and outcomes. Arnis was recommended by neighbours who were very happy with his work. I had previously received a much higher quote from another service provider, but Arnis came around and suggested a less-involved/intense treatment of my floors given their condition and wear-and-tear. Arnis applied a sample treatment to help me decide. In any event, everything went like clockwork. The work was done to a very high standard, Arnis provided helpful context/explanations and gave suggestions as to further treatments in years to come etc.

AA Floors are simply the best. Arnis and the team recently refloored our entire downstairs. They are complete experts in their craft. No corner was cut in ensuring the most professional result. They are diligent, polite and extremely tidy. We can't recommend them enough.

I don't think you could find a better company to do your floors. Our old scruffy hard wood floors have been sanded and finished and now look amazing. The whole house feels refreshed. I cannot recommend this company more highly - they are friendly, professional and dedicated to producing outstanding results.

I highly recommend this company. So professional and and a lot of attention to detail. I had an old fireplace removed leaving a big part of my livingroom with a big bare spot. This was expertly replaced/repaired and it blends in perfectly with the existing floor. I was also very impressed with how little dust there was despite the sanding. As I said I cannot recommend enough!

Arnis and his team were such professionals and we are so pleased to have had them fixing and finishing our floors. It was a tricky job replacing floor boards under existing kitchen units and the team did it efficiently and to a high standard. Would absolutely reccomend and hope to use for future jobs.
