First of all, they verified my account without asking for any ID. After I forced them to submit my documents, they approved the verified account. Nonsense! This means you have no personal security.

I deposited money instantly using TRC20. When I tried to withdraw, there was no TRC20 in the interface. When I contacted them, they told me that TRC20 takes too long and that they can't process transactions through that channel right now. Nonsense!

Thank goodness I got away, so I advise you not to mess with it.

The platform AAAFX refuses to process withdrawals. The money simply remains stuck in the account.

It looks like they are bankrupt. I am not getting an answer to my question; I wanted to deposit money to trade on my account. After reading everything, I thank you for not reporting, otherwise my money would be gone too.

AAAFX is a scam broker. They refuse to process withdrawals. Traders, be warned: once you deposit, getting your money back is nearly impossible. they manipulate the business by claiming the profits aren't fair.

They don't pay high winnings. Never deposit money. Withdraw your existing accounts. Otherwise, you'll lose money.

I trusted a broker called AAAFX and made some trades. However, when I tried to withdraw my profits, they never paid me. Customer support kept lying, saying “we will fix it” over and over, but they never did anything. Months have passed, my money is still stuck inside, and I’ve completely lost hope of ever getting it back. All I faced was lies, excuses, and endless delays. They claim to be reliable, but the whole system is built on fraud. Don’t risk your money here – I absolutely do not recommend them!

they are pure scammers . this broker became a pure scam . i used to have an account . when i made gain and requested widraw they bloked my account and bloked my mail . they took all my money . avoid at any cost . and if you are facing scam contact their regulation and share youre experience evreawhere .

I have been a long-time client of this broker and had a very good experience when the company was based in Greece. However, since operations shifted under the South African license and began being managed by an Indian support team, the quality of service has significantly declined.

Over the past few weeks, I have faced serious issues with withdrawals. According to the company’s website, withdrawals are processed within 12 hours, and even the Head of Customer Service confirmed a 24-hour timeframe. Despite that, my withdrawal request placed on 25 July 2025 at 12:00 PM has still not been processed as of now.

Instead of providing clarity or a concrete timeline, I’ve received nothing but vague responses and delays. At one point, the team tried to persuade me to cancel my withdrawal and continue trading. When I refused due to the poor service, the tone of communication abruptly changed. They began discussing account closure and procedures that I never requested—turning a simple withdrawal request into unnecessary drama.

All I have asked for is access to my own funds. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability is deeply disappointing.

I strongly advise others to consider alternative, more reliable brokers. What was once a trustworthy platform has unfortunately become unreliable and unprofessional.

those are a mafia of scammers not a legit broker . they told me if you get youre widraw you need to remove youre posts . and refuses to give back 120 fee they took just like that on 1 litcoin holded . avoid at any price !!!

The platform and spreads have been great but their chat line sucks! Every time I try their chat they never seem to be there to help- Four hours ago I tried several times to get some help and their chat line is slow to reply.... anyways- I just heard from them after 8 hours and they told me they are only open in IST..... India time...at the very least they should put this time zone to chat on their website.
