A7 UBag Order

Honestly the experience was seamless, second day delivery and I live in the UAE so I got the bag 4 days after ordering -- in addition to that the Customer Support is on another level. I love this brand and the value it gives to it's customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I recently purchased a pair of knee sleeves, and the experience from start to finish was absolutely excellent. From the moment I placed my order, I felt confident that I was dealing with a company that genuinely values its customers. What really made the difference, however, was the support I received from Philip. At a time when customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, Philip stood out as someone who truly takes pride in doing his job well.

Before finalising my purchase, I had a few questions about sizing, fit, and how the knee sleeves would perform during heavy training. As someone who trains seriously, especially with high-volume and high-intensity sessions, choosing the right equipment matters. Philip responded to my emails promptly and in great detail, taking the time to explain everything in a clear and friendly manner. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and it was clear he understood not only the sleeves themselves, but also how athletes actually use them in real training environments.

There were no generic, copy-and-paste replies. Every response felt personal and thoughtful, as though he genuinely wanted to make sure I ended up with the right product. That level of care is rare these days, and it made the whole process feel smooth, professional, and reassuring. It also gave me a lot of confidence in the company behind the product.

When the knee sleeves arrived, they met — and in many ways exceeded — my expectations. The fit was spot on, offering excellent support without feeling restrictive. They were comfortable to wear even during longer sessions, and they stayed in place no matter how hard I was pushing. Whether I was working up to heavier weights or grinding through volume sets, they provided exactly the stability and warmth I was hoping for.

While the quality of the knee sleeves is outstanding, it was the customer service that really set this experience apart. Having someone like Philip who is approachable, knowledgeable, and quick to respond makes a huge difference. It turned what could have been just another online purchase into a genuinely positive experience.

Overall, I am extremely happy with both the product and the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality training gear backed by excellent customer care.

Rapid response for my return then the same with my delivery

Lovely note in the delivery.
Epic level of support on the bench as a result.
10/10

A7 is always my first choice of training and competition wear. The quality of their products is unchallenged within the powerlifting community especially the bar grip range which is genuinely a game changer when benching and squatting.
