I must commend the shift allocation and…
I must commend the shift allocation and confirmation team but there is room for improvement with the consultants. Some of them are not accessible. I have personally requested to speak with my consultant. He refused to call me till this moment.
I think such things can be looked into as well.

Great company to work with, all the booking consultants are great people to work with. Always there to support and assist with any shift requirements either day or night. Out of client visit 24/7 immediate support, up to date with all mandatory training and legal requirements.
My experience using the online booking platform for shift is excellent, the app and related marketing platform are amazing.

It has been so amazing working with A24…
It has been so amazing working with A24 group especially with Keegan Keiser who books my shifts most of the times. I am amazed at how good he is on telephone conversation, responding to my concerns in email promptly, ensuring that I get booked for shifts even when I lost hope and goes as far as caring for my wellbeing. Such an amazing fellow. I'm really happy and grateful too. So far, I have enjoyed good pay rates too.

The process was too slow
The process was too slow. I applied since begining of November 2021 and met all the condition required by end of same month and yet did not get compliant until late March 2022. They even asked me to send my DBS that they helped me acquire to their office by post before I could be compliant. The recruitment team can do better please.

Our Compliance team works at a fast-pace on a very tight deadline with high level of accuracy and clears live candidates per week which may incur small volume of human error(s).
Compliance staff are fully trained and are aware of how important it is to ensure all candidates have an easy on-boarding process.
