STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!

Paid a £500 deposit on a BMW M140i around 7 weeks ago. When I viewed the car, I had to point out damage to the rear seats, poor condition of the steering wheel and centre console - faults the sales agent was completely unaware of. The car was sent for preparation as a result. I then cancelled due to a family emergency (my father seriously ill in a different country) and was ignored for nearly two weeks despite multiple attempts to contact them. When they finally responded, they refused to refund my deposit citing preparation costs - for work the car needed regardless of whether I bought it or not. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and not a dealership I would recommend. GIVE ME MY REFUND OR I WILL NOT STOP WITH THESE REVIEWS!

Had been looking for a Pick-up for 2-3 months. Saw the vehicle via Parkers/ Cazoo for sale by A1 Ortos ltd. Visited A1 Ortos Sunday 17th May, Met "Brett" who was extremely helpful, he got the vehicle into the building for us to check over. The vehicle had not yet been prepared for sale, yet looked and sounded immaculate. With Brett's input and professionalism the vehicle was on our drive BY Wednesday 20th May. (There was no sales pressure at all, if there had been any I would have walked). All seems well and I can only say that for us the purchase process was faultless.

These are a very professional outlet and have some of the nicest cars ive seen . With friendly staff , an is a very nice set up spoke with the manager and was so happy to help . Tony was the guy helping me with my purchase and trade in A* 10/10 all round smoth from start to finish

I recently had a decent experience with A1. Although it took a month to finalize everything due to our own travel plans, the dealership staff was incredibly patient and accommodating in particular Mark and Brett. They really looked after us throughout the entire process. There was some back and forth at times, but overall, their patience and service made it a positive experience.

Avoid sellers who list damaged‑repaired cars without being honest about it. Some will advertise the vehicle at full price, hide the fact it’s had rear‑end damage and filler work, and then try to shift responsibility once you discover the truth
