A1 Driving Academy Ltd Arvostelua

Absolutely non professional, keep repeating the same sessions again & again, after spending 10 months when I asked how much more sessions no answer, no clear direction. They don’t have any complain process, which explains their professionalism? 😂 when I tried to complain over the phone, they said “we don’t want to listen crap 💩” lol
Strongly warn everyone please be very careful booking with them.
Typical family gang run business 😩 good luck!

I am posting this again, post it previously but than they asked me to remove it and promised to sort out booked a test but wasted three more months, I ll be also complaining them formerly to dvla.

I had a great experiance with one of the best Instructor MR. JAZIB. He is the best one and too friendly, provide felxible timmings and great Traning with Finest Experiance. I clear my test because of Him, in first chance in very minimal time and lessons, just because of his hardwork and patience.

I reccomend everybody just go along with
MR. JAZIB. to get ur driving licecence in very quick time and with the every aspect clear.

Best instructor Babzi, would Highly recommend.

my instructor was great! she made sure i felt ready and comfortable for my test and i passed first time😄

I had an excellent experience learning to drive with Mr. Muhammad Sohil. He is a highly skilled and patient instructor who truly cares about his students’ success. He always arrived on time, was very flexible with scheduling when needed, and made sure I had all the knowledge and practice required to pass my test.

Thanks to his clear guidance and dedication, I passed my driving test on my first attempt with only 2 minor faults. His teaching style is calm, encouraging, and easy to follow, which really boosted my confidence on the road.

If you want to pass your driving test the first time and become a safe, confident driver, I highly recommend contacting him at 07868 980 286.

I had been taking lessons for automatic driving with another instructor for almost a year, but they never allowed me to book a test. Recently, I got a short-notice test date—just 10 days away—and even then, the instructor told me to keep taking lessons without any clear plan for the test.

That’s when I contacted A1 Driving Academy Derby, and they connected me with Haji. He arranged 14 hours of lessons within those 10 days, completely based on my schedule. His teaching was clear, supportive, and focused—thanks to him, I passed my driving test on the first attempt!

I’m truly grateful to A1 Driving Academy Derby and especially Haji. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable instructor and want to pass with confidence

I had lessons with Usman hashmi he is very calm and if I made any mistakes he would make me go round the same route till I got it correct which helped me a lot i definitely recommend him as a driving instructor

Great instructors! I cannot recommend Nisar enough - very patient and understanding; his teaching style is impeccable as he gives detailed feedback and encourages repetitive practice . He goes above and beyond to ensure everything sticks. Couldn’t have asked for a better learning experience.

I pass my test 1st time and after just 4 weeks and it's all thanks to my amazing and very patient driving instructor TAN.
Would highly recommend.

Instructor Usman Hashmi is that one of the best Instructor. i’ve passed my first attempt driving practical test . I really recommended driving A1 Driving Academy.

I just wanna give a massive thank you to Nisar it was a long journey but I’m glad I had you to show me ways and to pass first time with only 3 minors 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I cannot recommend enough. Nisar was absolutely brilliant with me and was very patient. I can’t thank him enough and would 100% recommend A1 driving Academy

Big thank you to my driving instructor Muazzam. He is reassuring and encouraging and gave me confidence when it came to learning to drive. I passed my test first time with only 3 minors. He was a very nice and amazing guy even though he is a United fan which is unfortunate.

I couldn't have asked for a better driving instructor! Tan was incredibly patient, kind, and supportive throughout every lesson. She explained things clearly, always stayed calm, and helped build my confidence on the road.
Thanks to her amazing teaching, I passed my test first time and feel confident driving on my own now. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone learning to drive!

Manny is an incredibly patient, calm & professional .He explained everything very clearly & made sure I was relaxed .Due to him I enjoyed my learning to drive .I passed on my 1st attempt today with only 2 minors. He is a lovely human being ,comfortable to talk to.I would highly recommend him .(100%).
A huge Thankyou to him from me & my mum.😊

Having failed 5 driving tests, I decided to change my instructor and I came across A1 driving academy and my tutor was Atif, he helped me break my habits and be safer. And then I passed my first try after being tutored by him. Thank you so much!

I’m absolutely thrilled to say that I passed my driving test today and I couldn’t have done it without Josh! When I first started lessons, I had zero confidence and was genuinely terrified of being behind the wheel. I never imagined I’d be able to drive, let alone pass my test on the first attempt.
Josh was incredibly patient, calm, and supportive throughout my journey. He believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. His clear guidance, professional teaching style, and reassuring attitude made such a difference. Every lesson helped me build the skills and confidence I needed, and he always knew exactly how to push me just enough to improve without overwhelming me.
Thanks to Josh, driving became something I actually looked forward to, something I never thought I’d say! If you’re nervous, anxious, or just starting out, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to build on what you know, Josh is the instructor you want by your side.
Thank you so much again, Josh .I truly appreciate everything you’ve done for me!

This review is mainly for Asif, my driving instructor who helped me pass my driving test however overall I've been happy with the service A1 Academy has provided for me.
To start with Im an experienced driver who had his driving licence revoked under new drivers act. Without going into details how this happened I needed help to be prepared for the driving test and especially to eliminate any of my bad habits which I've picked up over the years.
Asif was happy for me to take only a couple of hours worth of driving lessons before each test and finally on the 3rd attempt I did pass. With every each lesson I've had with him he was doing his best to help me to understand the requirements for the driving test and to eliminate the bad habits. He's really a patient instructor and a person I've had a lot to talk about. He's very friendly and easygoing person. I would recommend Asif to anyone.
In terms of the A1 Academy itself. I've run into a bit of problems in the process with them and everything was sorted for me making sure I'm a happy customer so again I can recommend the A1 Academy to anyone and in fact I already did recommend them to one of me friends. Thank you for your service and that you helped me being a driver again.

Amazing experience, and grateful for the help I received. Shout out to Atif as well for never giving up on me, top guy.

Had my lessons with Manny, out of the 5 instructors I had he was the most reliable 😇 I passed my test first time after doing an intensive course with him ! Very happy .

Thanks guys
