A1 Airport Transfer Arvostelua

I’ve been using A1’s service regularly for about a year now—roughly once a month—and I’m very satisfied. What sets this service apart for me is that A1 is incredibly flexible and responds very quickly; even if something needs to be handled on the fly, it’s no problem at all.
The value for money is perfect.... I highly recommend it to everyone.

The cab service was punctual and everything went smoothly. Definitely will take it again in the future for our service!

Alles top, pünktlich, gerne wieder

I had two very bad experiences with drivers from this service. On both occasions, the drivers were driving far too fast and in a way that felt unsafe and careless.

They did not respect speed limits and seemed to be in a rush, which made the journey very stressful and uncomfortable. As a passenger, safety should always come first, but unfortunately that was not the case here.

After experiencing this twice, I am quite concerned about the overall standards of the service. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves driver training and safety measures.

I would not feel confident using this service again unless significant changes are made.

Used this company twice this week. On first journey the driver was texting while driving for much of the journey. The second driver arrived in a vehicle that had dents in it and as dirty. Can’t really recommend them.

Easy booking, effective communications. Driver was prompt, polite and car was high standard.

Received whatsapp from driver when he was 20min away.

PERFECT Definitely using you again.

Great service. We received an automatic response from our early morning booking. I waited 10 minutes at the meeting point before sending a text. Then called the contact number. The booking hadn’t been received as it was booked overnight. The driver contacted me directly with an eta. The vehicle was great and clean the service was top class and I’d recommend this service highly

Great service

Outstanding experience. The taxi driver brought me from Wurzburg to Frankfurt airport on time. Actually he arrived even earlier. He was very professional

Von der Buchung, über die Abholung am Flughafen und die Fahrt waren einwandfrei.

I will definitely use this service again. The driver was on time for both our arrival and departure.

Came a bit earlier as requested and was helpful with luggage

Umer the driver was 10 mins early and waited till we are ready to board his taxi to Frankfurt Airport. He then helped with the luggages and swiftly sent us to the airport. The whole experience was smooth, hassle free and efficient. Well done Umer! Thank you for the ride

Mr. Umer was right on time and was exceptional. Did not have to worry about a thing, wonderful service!
