If you have had a similar experience with 971Nerds—such as paying for an order that was not delivered, being unable to get a refund, or facing serious issues with customer support—please consider reporting the matter through the official Dubai Police channels and filing an eCrime complaint, where appropriate.

My wife and I have both filed complaints regarding our own experience with the company. We believe it is important for other affected customers to keep all evidence, including payment receipts, order details, invoices, WhatsApp messages, emails, delivery promises, and screenshots of conversations, when making a complaint.

If you believe you have been affected, don’t stay silent. Report your individual experience through the proper authorities so that it can be investigated.

Has anyone been able to get their refunds?

I paid for a phone on 1st August and until now it’s not yet delivered. The team lacks communication & even when I cancelled the order, they said they’ll refund my money with 3 days. It’s not yet refunded now on the 5th day. This company is for summers. Be ware

In my experience I would never use this online company again due to no communication, no delivery of items, and the only way to communicate is through an Ai Bot on WhatsApp. I am now fighting with my bank to get the money back as this company refuses to reply to emails or messaging on WhatsApp when the Ai Boy says they have escalated my complaint.

Have found the whole experience frustrating, hence now writing a review on any platform to try and get the attention of the management of this company to either provide me the goods I ordered or give a full refund.

Based on my experience, this website shows clear signs of fraud. I paid for Order #ORD-110776, but the order was never shipped, no tracking number was provided, and nobody responded to my emails, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls.

After taking my payment, the order page became unavailable and now shows “404 Not Found.” I was also informed by my bank that a debit authorization had been linked to my account, which forced the bank to freeze my card, issue a replacement, and refer the matter to its fraud department.

I have filed an official eCrime report with the UAE Ministry of Interior, and the case is currently under review.

Do not enter your card or bank details on this website. Do not buy from them. My experience has been extremely alarming, and I am still trying to recover my money.

Unfortunately, my experience with 971Nerds has been very disappointing. I placed Order #110119, but the delivery has been significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe. I have contacted the company multiple times by phone, WhatsApp, and email, but I have received no response or update regarding my order. Due to the lack of communication, I have been forced to file a complaint with Dubai Consumer Protection. I hope the company improves its customer service, communication, and delivery commitment in the future.

This website appears to be a scam. My experience was very disappointing. They made promises that were never fulfilled, and after taking my money, communication became difficult or stopped completely. Customer support was either unhelpful or did not respond at all. I ordered Bose speakers worth 6400 dirhams 15 days ago. I was told they would arrive in 4 days, but today is the 15th day and my order still hasn't arrived, and I've received no email or reply. I would appreciate your help in determining what to do. I suspect I've been scammed.

Shocking. Do not use. Ordered an iPhone and was told it would come in 4 days. Weeks later I’m still waiting, with no communication from the vendor.

Please don't buy from this store, ordered an iPhone 17 pro max from them since on the 11th of June and up till now I haven't received my phone. I have filed a complaint on tabby. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!. I plan on filling for a criminal case against them with the Dubai Police

This site seems like it's a site for scammers. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise services they cannot provide. I order for a gadget since 26 may and upto now it hasn't been delivered and the most annoying thing is their bot on whatsapp which isn't helpful at all. I have filled a complaint and I will make sure my money won't be played with.

They don't deserve to work in this country if they are full of talk and no service .

Seems fake, they are quick to take your money but they never deliver, its been more than the promised timeframe for them to delivery my phone but no response from the company and it is impossible to contact them in anyway, no whatsapp response, no email response and no landline contact number

The delivery is delayed and the courier is unresponsive. I demand the immediate delivery of my order; this delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your credibility.

This is a fake store. After purchase, the product doesn't arrive, and the customer receives no response. This store should be reported to the authorities. I absolutely do not recommend it; they seem to be scammers and a fraudulent company.

I placed an order (Order #95010) on 971nerds.com (Daman Phone Company) on 7 April 2026 for an iPhone Pro Max with express next-day delivery, for which I paid a premium. The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
I cancelled the order and requested a refund through the merchant’s official channels. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have not received any meaningful response regarding my refund of AED 5,530.
I have since filed a formal consumer complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under complaint ID CMP-26-591791, which is currently under active review. A parallel dispute has also been raised with Tabby, my payment provider.
Of particular concern is that the merchant continues to actively advertise and accept new orders on their website, while existing customers with legitimate refund claims remain unresolved.
I am sharing this experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions and are aware of the importance of keeping all documentation when shopping online.
