Very good quality and service for the price and speed compared to traditional Scottish suppliers which take 10-12 weeks.

At first I thought this will not go good, but I ordered my Kilt MacDuff Hunting Modern tartan with a few extras.
The kilt arrived but although of good quality, there was a difference in the Tartan colors, to my old Kilt. I informed the 8YardKilt Help desks about the mismatch and sent them photos of my old kilt.... They reacted very positively and re-checked my order, and agreed there was a difference and that they would sort it ASAP... To my surprise and without any trouble they sent me photos of the correct Tartan and offered to make the Kilt again and send it as a rush order so that it would still arrive on time for my social event at the end of August... at no extra charged. The kilt arrived on time and was again of very good quality and the correct Tartan colors. I was very surprised and very thankful that the 8yardKilt team, went this extra mile to make sure their customer was satisfied with the quality of the Kilt and their "supper supper" service. I can highly recommend the 8yardKilt company and that they can be trusted, and will do everything possible to satisfy their customer. I will be ordering a 2nd Kilt this week from another Clan Tartan, and will also recommend 8yardkilt to my family members, that will also order their Kilts from here too. 8yardkilt have been absolutely wonderful to deal with! In terms of quality.. the tartans are beautifully woven with great quality wool and the fabric for the shirts and lining is top notch. No cheap polyester or printed patterns here!!! My husband's kilt looks spectacular and I am absolutely thrilled with my dress, undershirt and shawl. The amount of tartan used is very generous..you can tell a lot of care has been put into the making of these garments!! The buckles and straps are high quality and the sporrans are great. The trousers have double stitched seams and everything is finished off, so no need to worry about fraying threads. We got so much value for money. I'm just so impressed with this business. They bent over backwards to meet our needs and beyond.. even getting fresh wool woven for us! It's hard to believe how much they got done for us in the time from ordering to delivery, and they pulled out all the stops to get everything to us in time for the Australian Celtic festival.
Really, don't hesitate!!! And I can't wait for next year's festival (the year of Ireland and the Isle of Man).. I'll be wearing my Scottish clan garb and my husband will be in his Irish family tartan. Thanks to the whole team at 8yardkilt - you're amazing!!

To be honest, I was a little skeptical, but I am ecstatic to be wrong! I love the waist coat! Well made from quality materials. Communication was good and kept me appraised of the progress of my order. Do not expect quality quickly. Give a decent amount of lead time to get your item (mine arrived on my birthday). I couldn't be happier and I now have a very unique piece for my wardrobe (clan McDuck tartan waistcoat). Buy with confidence.
