In the end I’ve gave up got money in my account but no way to get in the game or find out why I was blocked.

Gioco da qualche settimana su 888poker fino ad oggi apparte gli assurdi e infiniti scoppi al river direi che andava bene ma quello che ho visto oggi non mi era mai capitato in nessuna piattaforma. Torneo in corso da oltre 2 ore mancano 6 eliminati e scoppia la bolla all'improvviso si blocca il tavolo nessuno gioca più nessuna mano viene distribuita tutto bloccato apparte le faccine e i lanci virtuali di merdate agli altri giocatori tavolo bloccato per oltre 20 min. Nel frattempo ho altri 2 tavoli aperti che giochiamo tranquillamente ma quello e sempre bloccato all'improvviso mi arriva il messaggio: sei stato eliminato ecc ecc praticamente il tavolo ancora bloccato e questi mi hanno buttato fuori ab2 posizioni dalla bolla senza aver giocato una mano.In assistenza come al solito non si conclude niente nessuno mi sa spiegare cosa sia successo,l'unica cosa sicura che ho perso il mio tempo e miei soldi.Mai piu Poker888 in vita mia.

• 10 November 2025 – My account was suddenly limited by the operator.
• 14 November 2025 – My identity verification process was completed. I received confirmation by email stating that my documents had been successfully reviewed and approved.
• 14 November 2025 – On the same day, I requested a withdrawal of my account balance, which was approximately €5,400.
• After more than two weeks without receiving the withdrawal, I contacted customer support via live chat. Despite having already confirmed my documents were verified, I was asked to submit multiple additional documents again. Acting in good faith, I provided the requested documentation even though my verification had already been completed.
• 30 November 2025 – I was finally able to withdraw €1,500 from my account. However, the remaining balance remained frozen without any notification, explanation, or justification from the operator.
Since then, I have been trying for more than three months to withdraw the remaining funds.
Customer support has repeatedly informed me that my account has been closed, but they claim they have no information regarding the remaining funds in my account.
• 28 January 2026 – I escalated the case to the operator’s compliance department. I was informed that they have 10 days to provide a response.
• Despite this, no response was provided within that timeframe.
• I contacted customer support several more times. Each time I was told they would escalate the case again, but no resolution was provided.
• 25 February 2026 – I sent a second email to the compliance department requesting an update. Once again, no response was received.
As of today, my remaining balance (approximately €4000) remains inaccessible and I have received no clear explanation, no official decision

6 years pro both live and online. Here's my honest review of 888 poker online.
Firstly the software has been updated to modern times. Really easy to use and looks and feels great. There are some glitches still like when you reach the final table of a tournament, sometimes some players don't get dealt cards the first hand or two. Like some weird, you been moved to the small blind rule so you sit out. There isn't a single reason for this but 888 have this in play in their tournaments.
Another is when you bust out, you dont get to review the last hand. You just get the insta 'do you wish to rebuy option'
888 have great selection of games in both plo and holdem. However 888 numbers are dwindling. Thats online in general but 888 is drastic. Sometimes the PLO tournaments dont even get the min 6 players required to start! Can you believe that!! Its a worldwide company, not just UK. Not even 6 players to start a poker tournament!
I understand it must be frustrating for 888 since they do try very hard to impress us all and the numbers just keep sinking!
However the word around the online and live community is online poker is rigged!!
I can see this at 888 for sure. I am both a winning tournament player live and online and have a great graph at 888 and still think it is rigged. I have actually adapted my play to account for this. How is it rigged?
The RNG random number generator, or how i like to call it, the Rebuy kNockout Generator.
Lets face it, the fact is 888 tournaments require rebuys to hit their guarantees. Its the ONLY way they make it. The RNG is to make it look random. It isnt!
There are clear patterns to it. Dictated by stack size and if players have rebought. Its why you see big stacks run hot and rebought players too.
Watch for the 6 way all ins and pick the big stack, you'd win that bet more than you would lose!!
The rebuy rate in PLO tournaments is a staggering 75-110% rebuys! Thats to say for example a tournament with 100 entries and 75-110 rebuys!
This is unrealistic and evidence of foul play. All other online sites like GG or stars have a 50% rebuys rate. You can go check this yourself.
The RNG is a rebuy generator! Maximum profits for 888.
I do feel for 888 having to rig games to get by. But people are leaving to play live poker. They know its rigged. Online is a sinking ship!

The RNG does not take into account stack sizes, rebuys, deposits, or player history. Outcomes are generated randomly and independently for every hand.
Tournament rebuys depend on player behavior and format structure, not on manipulated results. Variance, especially in PLO and multi-way all-ins, can naturally create patterns that may feel non-random over short or even medium samples, but this does not indicate interference.

I have played poker for about 30 years
I have played poker for about 30 years, most live and about 10 years online. None of the online sites are realistic in hand dealings, card distribution, nor their so called algorithms that are meant to make it competitive. I get the point of hands per hour but I have used online for a few years now and never been as fair as live. Please don't tell me that they not here to make money - ie buy in again etc....... which I get - its a business BUT get the semantics fair - not right but fair. As per a table of 6 players you use 1 deck of cards...... Just my point of view........ I am not angry just disappointed in ALL online sites and played most of them over the years and all are the same no matter what they say. I have put in a fair amount of money, won some and lost most and keep getting asked to put more money in. Live I win more than loose as it it fairer and the hands are a LOT more realistic. End of my rambling
