7m Rent a Car Arvostelua 

Az érkezésről minden információt megadtunk, ennek ellenére külön fel kellett hívni őket telefonon, ami sokadjára sikerült. A kölcsönző kb 5 percre van autóval a reptértől, még is sokat kellett várni, míg értünk jöttek. Egy ütött-kopott FIAT Pandát kaptunk, de a hibákat sérüléseket korrekten feljegyezték. A visszaadás, a reptérre történő visszatranszfer rendben lezajlott. Érdemes nagyobb teljesítményű autót választani a meredek emelkedők miatt!

Very helpful staff and a lot of simpathy. Everything went very smooth (airport pickups, car delivery, everything).

The car was in very good conditions and very clean. The child seat could be in better conditions, but was fully functional.

Tinha uma reserva de viatura com 7M, o meu voo para a Madeira foi cancelado devido ao apagão geral de Portugal, impedindo-me de chegar à ilha no horário previsto para o levantamento da viatura. A esta situação somou-se o apagão nacional nas comunicações, que afetou o contacto entre milhares de clientes e empresas em todo o país.

Ambos os fatores foram totalmente alheios à minha responsabilidade. Ainda assim, e apesar de explicar detalhadamente o sucedido, a empresa recusou qualquer forma de reembolso, alteração de data ou emissão de crédito da reserva.

A comunicação com a empresa revelou-se fria e inflexível, culminando com uma resposta que, para além de desconsiderar todos os argumentos apresentados, me sugeriu procurar outra empresa numa futura visita à Madeira — um comentário ofensivo e totalmente desproporcionado.

Este alerta é feito com o objetivo de consumidores e entidades competentes para a falta de flexibilidade, ausência de espírito de resolução e má conduta comercial por parte da empresa em questão. Não se pode exigir ao cliente que arque com prejuízos em situações que resultam de cancelamentos de voo e falhas nacionais de infraestrutura.

Fairly good, choosing their office by the marina is smart as it's much easier getting the car out of the garage (compared to narrow busy streets in other locations). Service could improve, I was almost charged twice even though I had already paid online (make sure to have your receipt ready to avoid this if you prepay online). Car was in decent shape but could use a bit of service on the brakes. Drop-off by the airport went smoothly and the free shuttle is a nice touch.

O carro que me foi entregue tinha algumas luzes de alarmes ligadas, pelo que me foi explicado, seria falta de programação no computador de bordo, o que não me deixou desconfortável.

Nie wydrukowaliśmy vaychera, nie mieliśmy w związku z tym numeru rezerwacji , podaliśmy przy odbiorze samochodu jedynie nazwisko , Powiedziano nam , że nie ma nas na liście i nie ma dla nas samochodu .Nikt z agencji nie pofatygował się aby nam pomóc , sprawdzić czy w innym punkcie byłby dla nas samochód Wzięliśmy ubera . Następnego dnia poszliśmy do innego punktu tej agencji i wypożyczyliśmy samochód. Tam trafiłyśmy na cudownego pomocnego człowieka , którego musimy pochwalić za profesjonalizm i bardzo życzliwe podejście do klienta . To w centrum Funchal na Estrada Monumental . Wypożyczyłyśmy samochód na 6 dni , mieliśmy oddać go na lotnisku , a więc znów w tym feralnym punkcie na Maderze . Okazało się że spóźniłyśmy się o godzinę i musieliśmy zapłacić karę plus za wypożyczenie za kolejny dzień , razem 16o euro .Niemiły pracownik pokazał nam umowę , w której to miało być napisane , tylko że przy wypożyczeniu nie zostaliśmy o tym poinformowani . Wszystko zależy od człowieka , ten przy lotnisku jest niemiły , nieżyczliwy , do zwolnienia absolutnie , będziemy pisać w tej sprawie oficjalne pismo do szefów firmy .

Genuinely fantastic service - super quick, great car, and they released our deposit within 5 minutes of returning the car! Unbelievable service.

You really need to close this company!! All the cars have problems and after that they tried to say that is our fault!

Leur manque de transparence et leur comportement malhonnête sont inacceptables. Nous déconseillons fortement cette agence de location à tous.
Nous sommes arrivés à madère avec 1h de retard car l’avion ne pouvait atterrir à cause du vent et ils n’ont même pas essayé de nous contacter ou de voir ou en était notre vol ils ont annulé nos 2 voitures et gardé les frais de réservation sans raison . Nous laissant sans solution ni voiture avec des enfants en bas age . Superbe accueil au Portugal .

There was nothing to complain about. Only if you change the 7m location at the airport. You should communicate this more clearly to regular customers and describe it better.

Je n’ai pas pu profiter de mon assurance suite à un léger accrochage car 7m rent car a mis trop de temps à me répondre. Plus d’un mois. En me donnant une facture erronée. Il y a marqué carrosserie avant au lieu de carrosserie arrière. Pas professionnel du tout.

The company was helpful and very kind. We’ve rented a car with shipping, they arrived on time and the car was clean and serviced. We didn’t have to pay deposit. They were flexible with the drop down and after that they took us to the airport.

Satisfied with the service, although communication could have been better. Had a break down on Sunday afternoon, the 24 hr assistance line managed to get support within 2 hours, after calling the 24 hour assistance line several times before I could them to respond! Finally they did but the operator was rude and offered no apology or sympathy. Battery was clearly marked for replacement, as mechanic arrived already with new battery, he changed it and we were able to continue our journey within minutes!

We have rented a car with them several times (mostly at Rua do Carmo).
The cars were fine, as may be expected; the service was always friendly and very helpful.
