I was told that I was getting help with business funding as I’m a small company and that is what I needed. Only to find out they didn’t apply for funding under my business but for more personal credit. I never asked for that and was misled when they contacted me about business funding. So they basically ran my personal credit like a car dealership then once you are approved they want 9%?of whatever the limit is. I didn’t need personal credit b/c I already had good credit plus personal credit accounts. I spoke to someone after I realized what happened and what was going on. They basically offered to lower the percentage of what they would take from one credit account and said that they would pay to have someone remove the inquiries from my credit report and that they would speak to the rep that lied to me when they called about getting me business funding. I was also told that they couldn’t contact the credit merchants on my behalf to see if they would switched accounts over to business and that I could try after a few months but we all know that’s not normally how it works. I feel scammed and out of money b/c they still wanted to be paid even after they lied and messed up. I didn’t need any more personal credit but no I have 3 new accounts I didn’t need and don’t want to close them all as I closed 1 already as not to further damage my credit. If something similar has happened to you please leave a comment because these unfair practices should be tolerated.
