I am getting charged two tariffs for the exchange of my coat to the right size- The site would not let me exchange for size- Love the coat but could have bought another one for all the tariffs I am paying- I know that is not your fault for one but TWO?

Ordered acardigan and expereinced issues with shipping and delivery, not expecting my order to arrive on time. However, the customer service team handled quite promptly that I recieved my order 3 days before expected. Also, quaility of the product exceeded expectations.

I ordered the wrong product and requested a return, which I understand. However, I find it unreasonable that €20 were deducted for the return on a €60 item, in addition to the original shipping costs. This feels excessive and unfair. If this is how customer satisfaction is handled, I won’t purchase from this seller again.

As expected, the quality of the product is perfect. I did my tours in heavy winter in the Alps, 2000+ above sea level. Temperature -15⁰C. I kept warm, it felt like a second skin. I'm very satisfied!

Delivery was fast and on time as well.

Good service, easy, clear, recommended

Since visiting your store in Iceland 2 or 3 years ago - and buying several articles, I have continued buying online and love the materials, the design and useability of the the jackets, vests but particularly the Gettir (now have three of them) that I wear continuously. Used to buy Pantagonia, but 66 North has better quality and fit.

Wir haben online eine stylische Wollmütze bestellt, die tatsächlich überall (online) sonst bereits vergriffen war. Umso größer war die Freude, sie noch im 66north-Shop zu finden. Der Bestellprozess verlief unkompliziert und angenehm, der Shop wirkt hochwertig, übersichtlich und sehr vertrauenswürdig.
Auch der Versand hat einwandfrei funktioniert - schnell, sauber verpackt und absolut problemlos. Preis-Leistung ist aus unserer Sicht vollkommen in Ordnung, insbesondere bei der Qualität und dem besonderen Charakter der Produkte.
Besonders schön: Der Einkauf hat unsere ohnehin fantastische Island-Reise noch einmal positiv abgerundet. Es passt einfach alles zusammen - die Marke, das Gefühl von Island, die Qualität und der gesamte Ablauf.

The 10% code for a first order could be more obvious - it disappeared in my case

I discovered 66North brand when visiting Iceland, bought a few garments and was satisfied with the fit and quality. Finding out that I can order 66North garments online in my home country was a nice surprise.
Good quality and good service.

I ordered a tshirt. $107. Realized it was wrong size. Ordered another. Cost $303 to mail first tshirt back. Immediately told them to cancel second order. Same day as my order was taken. Told me it was too late
