I purchased a voucher for a spa day for £138 and upon trying to book was advised the voucher code can't be found. I tried contacting however, there is no way of doing so. I tried contacting wowcher as they've taken them over, to be told it's not been purchased on my account? Even though it's in my app and I have the voucher and I've been charged. Be careful! Look to have been scammed. Very disappointing.

I ordered, I paid, I got nothing from 5pm
I searched for software on Google, and several options for the type I want to buy appeared. The best price at the time was offered by 5pm, so I ordered it. Lifetime license, the 5pm website stated, digital delivery, 16 (or thereabouts) remained. Splendid, except for one thing; the software was never delivered. When I tried emailing the 5pm customer service line – twice – I received no response. Still haven't, and I placed the order nearly 24 hours ago. However, I continually receive advertising emails from the company, even though I indicated clearly that I was not interest in any of the company's vouchers or offers. I just want my software, with the user code necessary to activate it.

I admit to being quite skeptical and worried this was a scam for a variety of reasons, but most notably because the confirmation email I received after redeeming my voucher had the incorrect dates on it, though the voucher was right. Ultimately I decided to 'risk it' for the sake of £35 and SO glad I did! Got the same experience as booking direct with the vendor for £35 instead of £57. No issues at all redeeming the code, the vendor simply scanned the barcode on the voucher.
