Placed my order on Sunday night, website states that unless it's high volume orders are fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours. Come Wednesday evening or they still had not been fulfilled and now have absolutely no time frame on when I'm going to get my order or a refund as they're using hurricane Milton as an excuse.

Would not have had to use Milton as an excuse had you fulfilled my order on time as you were supposed to have

I dont really care much for the portion/measure cups, if they are 60, or 50, or even 40, like someones complain before... " I ONLY CARE FOR AN OVERALL FINE/HEALTHY/HARMLESS PRODUCT ". I recently received the 50~50% Quality~anticipated product (on Amazon reviews) "Rich Piana's 5% Real Carbs / Cocoa Heaven". I used the product now much enough to know it better. It has a very nice cocoa taste (somehow chalky but ok), and I have a good suspicion that the product helps with blood sugar levels. I cant be finally sure if this product is much healthy in long term use, but I will find this out eather way (be sure about that). I know in 5% They have a truly Legendary Name to keep Alive and Clear in terms of quality. I'd personally be very worry and wary, as a worker or even more as a Ceo there, if I had to keep alive such a name/heritage like this of a Legend, Rich Piana, at the Top 5% of Supplement brands... Keep Trying hard for 'good healthy products' guys, THATS ALL I HAVE 2 SAY for summarry. And if needed, let the measure cups drop some below average. Because no one's stupid anymore, and everyone wants a healthy product, and many of us (if not all), we monitor our overall health every single day, especially if on these 'Kilo powder' supplements. I leave this comment here with much careship for the 5% brand, and i'd really like to be able to give them a 5 star rating someday soon. Much Love 5%._

The new real carbs contain 20 servings less and still are the same price.

Every product i have received from 5% has been amazing especially the apparel in which i have been training in for the last couple of years.

Ordered goods and paid 28th November and still not received goods. I’ve emailed, gone on live chat and been ignored. Not the company I thought they were. Don’t waste your money.

The product got to me the day it was estimated. The product was everything the website described it to be, and the website had an easy user interface. Think I'm going to using 5% Nutrition for a long time!

I'm a beginner if speaking about healthy and active lifestyle but i really noticed a boost of energy after starting taking these supplements
