Disappointing Quality Control and Unacceptable Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with 5mc2.
I ordered a "brand new" Bigfoot jacket, but what arrived was far from acceptable. The jacket was simply thrown into a cardboard box with no protective packaging, and upon inspection, the neck tag was already peeling off.
When I contacted customer service to request an exchange for a non-defective item, their response was shocking. Instead of offering a replacement or a prepaid return, they suggested that I take the jacket to a local tailor myself to have it repaired, offering a mere €5 refund or a voucher.
Expecting a customer to handle repairs for a faulty product they just purchased is highly unprofessional. In Japan, where I am from, such a low level of service and lack of quality control would be completely unacceptable.
I value the brand’s designs, but the current management and support system are a massive letdown. I am still waiting for a proper resolution (a full exchange with a prepaid shipping label). I cannot recommend purchasing from them until they take quality control and customer rights seriously.
