Ya. It’s a good burger however for sure not worth the money heck no. You can have a full meal with service at several restaurants same price. Tried it again after a few years. Won’t be back

I cannot really go shopping right now. So, I ordered from the ease of my apt. I wish I could have had more freedom in my choices, like maybe I would've liked extra cheese...
Delivery? I want it at 3 and it's noon.
Arrived at 2:50ish. Tracking perfect. Driver perfect.
Food perfect!

My Daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to a 5 Guys takeaway, and can say hands down the worst, most expensive 2 x Burgers and Chips we have ever ordered. With the prices they charge you are entitled to expect and to get way above average food. When it arrived the food was cold, the burgers were crushed and looked like they had been thrown down the road rather than driven/riden. Being crushed they were just two wrapped lumps of oozing sodden slop...The chips were cold and over cooked, no wonder they give them away in bucket loads! I've never been to one of their restaurants, but after this experience, we will not be ordering again and I have no intention of going to their restaurants. A perfect example of quantity over quality, zero quality control and total disregard for the impact of negative feedback and or non return customers 👎

Frozen inside bun, cold food and dripping with goo. Returned the uneaten food, manager apologised and agreed poor standards, refunded and replaced the order. Same again; centre of the bun was pure dough and the whole thing was a sloppy mess. I was unwell on my walk home (never return food and get a replacement...) and the overall experience was dreadful. Never again at 5 Guys would not recommend this fast food outlet...

Exeter 5 guys, paid £12 for a burger and it was dry and had no flavour, McDonald’s have better flavour in their burgers. Would definitely not recommend

I’m in tears ! He’s a bully ! A proper bully.I asked if phone calls were recorded due to the nature of how he was behaving and not to mention refusing to answer my first question.

Anyone who has graduated /common sense /read and write or educated -illiterate knows
I’m sorry but he needs more training and clearly,he had an attitude that could not be tamed .He came across hot headed / hard headed.

This complaint was the
He is not a manager coping skills.He comes across very AGGRESSIVE and he has the AUDACITY to just HANG up the phone (WITHOUT) declaring it’s best to terminate the call.

I’m autistic and suffer from 3 other special needs.
Anytime I’ve spoken to this manager ,he sounds as if he’s seriously uncomfortable With speaking with me.I spoke to this manager roughly around 17:49 to be exact.

He multiple times called me a liar indirectly
Poor listening skills -Continued to ask me the same question because he was too busy having a school boy attitude
He rudely hung up the phone with no warning
I called back and he was raising he’s voice like a child …

Food thst I recieved was awful. !!!
Belly ache and food poisoning again.
I will be going higher than him ti complain,how shameful to a American franchise.

Visited 5 guys in Bromley on Saturday evening. Staff and atmosphere was friendly despite being busy. Food was delicious and serve on time

Visited 5 Guys Bromley. Service okay but the cost at £16.30 for an average cheeseburger and way too many fries was well over the top. Should have gone for much better value at Burger King, offering the same food for less than half the 5 Guys price. Won't be returning to 5 Guys again.

Really disgusted with a 5 guys Peterborough delivery this eve. Got a raw burger and soggy chips. Given it’s their main item on list, you would expect them to know how to cook a burger!

I had lunch with my brother and his wife. You'd think since they make the burgers when ordered, they be hot when served. But maybe that's not the case. They must make them and they sit for awhile. Once I got my order, I took 1 bite of the burger and immediately rolled it back up in the tin foil to reheat at home. I also threw it out. The fries were also luke warm and undercooked. Fries are supposed to be crispy! I'm not impressed and doubt I'll ever go back. Don't waste your money at this place. The standard at several fast food establishments in Hanover seems to have the same motto... undercooked food and served cold. It boils down to the people working at these places that just don't give a damn... taking responsibility and be accountability is a new concept in the world today. But yet the same people want promotions and higher pay. Of course that's another subject for another time.

I was disappointed with five guys in Camberley. Whilst it is a very busy restaurant in my opinion, it does not offer good value. One burger fries and a soda came to £16.15 I find this to be too expensive for what it was, and probably will not visit this establishment again.

Went to 3 PPG Place in Pittsburgh, Pa and waited 30 minutes for fries. Ended up walking out to get back to work on time.

Will never go to a 5 Guys again. Food is ok quality but the price and service is the worst in any business.

10 mins wait for a Milk Shake??
Delicious (5*) and may even have been worth the wait but the problem was the wait - it wasn't warranted. My 1st time in so didn't know what to expect. I was on my own so again - no expectation for service.
I was order 57, it was when burger orders 58 & 59 were called before me I thought something was odd - I'm patient unless I believe things should be better. A couple of minutes later I observed my shake being poured (i'd worked that out by then) & my order was called, I received and went to leave a little agitated but decided to return and ask, for future reference, if my wait was normal - "No" was the reply "We normally have someone on the Shakes" said the lass who had taken my order and done nothing whilst I waited other than a couple of other orders.. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy and there was 6 staff mostly mossying around - no one really showing any sense of urgency, kinda spoiled my experience. 2* for the wait, 4* for the general politeness of the staff - I'll not comment further 5* for the shake.
Fountain Park Edinburgh - get the quick stuff done quickly, you know you need to.

Really like 5 Guys burger as far as taste goes. Tend to go overboard on the amount of fries served. Still recommend for a quick bite.

Burgers are nice, big queue is always big

Chips were inedible and overpriced. Shall not be coming back to this establishment hence I am writing this review. But since this is five guys I shall give it five stars.

Thought I’d give this place a try in the arndale centre Manchester!!
£47 for 3 burgers and fries and 3 soft drinks.
This is the only time I’ve ever refused to eat the food put in front of me,the bread looked like it had been sat on by Cyril smith it was about 3 millimetres deep,and running uncontrollably of of it was warm milk like mayonnaise,so I asked for a plate so I could scrape out this fatty liquid that had drenched the bread and turned it basically in to a warm drink 🤮 no sorry we don’t have a plate was the response so it went straight into the bin inedible..

I've been patronizing 5 Guys for over 10 years. I used to joke it was "5 Guys and a $5 cheeseburger"! I went there last week and their standard cheeseburger (a double) was now over $10!!! That is ridiculous! The hot dogs were in the $9 vicinity!!! And I didn't even look at the price of their fries (which everyone raves about, but I think they suck). Probably will not return again. :-(

Don’t ever order food from these clowns there food isn’t good in fact it’s terrible cold wet and soggy chips disgusting
