Great broadband. Happy with the customer service. I found a better price elsewhere later into the contract. Called the retention team and Ben was very helpful and convinced me to stay. Great company to deal with - there's plenty of poor ones when it comes to internet so I chose not to roll the dice

Most of the experience was difficult: had to be on hold for quite a while, passed between multiple departments. I'd agreed a deal with them on the phone, then upon installation my speeds and price were not that agreed on the phone.

Fortunately Mohammed was very helpful on the phone and sorted it all out for me.
