Worst customer service ever, can’t leave message because voicemail is full, nobody gets back to you with email already tried 3 times, put in a claim with BBB see if they can help me.

Total Scam. Why aren’t they being shut down by the BBB

Don't buy from them, their customer service will scam you!
Paid for a return, and they didn't send the return voucher - been emailing them for two weeks, they ask you to pay again!
Result is I have a cap I don't want and paid for a return Terrible experience

I spent $194 with this company on 11-28-24. They indicated that my order shipped 12-1-24. As of this date I have not received my order and cannot get in touch with the company. Phone goes to voicemail that is full, email is ignored, chat goes to company that charges $53 to talk to someone…no way to get in touch with anyone. DO NOT order from this company…can’t be legit!!!

Terrible Customer service, order was suppose to take 3-8 business days, meanwhile took over 21 business days. Customer support just told me basically to deal with it. I will never buy from this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Love these hats! Great quality, and tons of options. All my family received a hat this year for Christmas!

Awful customer service and shipping

Ordered 12/1 and only part of my order shipped and was received 12/7. I followed up with an email to inquire why only half my order was shipped, and the customer service agent responded referring to the wrong product in my order that I had already gotten. I followed up again and haven’t heard back. You cannot call this company which is already a red flag to me for an established brand. Won’t ever shop here again!! Terrible response time, shipping, and customer service.

Never received the product. Steer clear!

I am a Denver Broncos Fan living in the UK. I do prefer the 47 cap to other brands. I tried to purchase from them but no international shipping.
I since bought caps 47 caps for all my UK pals at Denver Airport on the way home.
I still get loads of emails. I tried unsubscribe, but it definitely does not work. Be careful when unsubscribing as I believe they may try to get you to downlond a “ROP”.
I emailed 47 corporate to ask that I was removed and recived a timely resposne to confirm.
Problem is, I have received 2 further spam emails from so-called 47.
Caveat Emptor going forward as i belive their system has been hacked.

Horrible customer service. They used to have great service but recently they’ve gone downhill. I bought their Zodiac hat which fit terribly and when I tried it on, the clasp on the back broke in half. They didn’t respond to my concerns and they deleted my negative review off their website. Will NEVER buy from them again

Horrible Customer Support. EU Service was not reachable. Peter from UK Service told me over 5 weeks and 7 emails that he is unable to reach his own colleques. Untrustworthy. I will never buy there again.

Horrible customer service. If you email they don’t reply, if you call it goes to a voicemail that you can’t leave a message. Stay away from this company. Instead Go with a company that actually cares that you spent $50 on a t-shirt.

I was waiting for an invoice over 30 days, Guess what… They still did not send it. Worst company ever

Company doesn't send an invoices for several weeks

The clasp that loosens and tightens my new hat came loose. I emailed them THREE times over a month before they finally responded, telling me to find someone locally to try to fix it. Overpriced junk that they don’t stand behind, plus awful customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My purchase was slated as undeliverable and that’s not what I’m upset at. I’m upset at the lack of communication this company offers. Try to call the mainline- you will be sent to voicemail over and over and it is FULL. You get 1 reply in an email that was sent 2 days ago. No further communication can be done. I’ve ordered from you all in the past but I am DONE after this experience and I will make sure everyone knows that they’re paying $50 for a hat or any basic merchandise but can’t afford basic customer service. Simply ridiculous

Was excited to purchase a blue brand47 Phillies t, at a gift shop in N.W. Phila., shocked at the price $42. Wow!

Within a year the shirt had multiple holes mostly in back, some in front lower shirt. I own 40 t-shirts, not one has ever had this issue. Contacted Brand47, was told it’s not our problem.

Zero customer service. Can’t get a reply. Ordered 2 weeks ago still hasn’t shipped. No big deal, but I can’t get any reply as to why… just go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle

After completing a purchase, I was informed that my order was canceled on grounds of suspected fraud, post the transaction where my payment was processed.

Their communication stated, "Hi Lawrence, Your order #3540906 was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent."

Upon inquiring, they attributed the cancellation to my use of a VPN, despite initially allowing the transaction and setting up an account for me. If VPN usage was a concern, it should have precluded the possibility of account creation from the outset.

I employ a VPN primarily to safeguard my online activities through enhanced encryption, especially given the widespread issue of data breaches. It's unreasonable to depend entirely on the security measures of internet companies. By verifying my information, such as my phone number, and authorizing my purchase through Visa, yet later limiting my access based on VPN use, you're essentially hampering your own sales opportunities.

Consequently, I am requesting the termination of my account, as I am not willing to lower my security measures just to transact with your company. Additionally, the practice of holding my funds for 3 to 5 days before deciding to cancel the order is not just an inconvenience but also questionable business conduct.
