I ordered a Tianshan Backpack, I got delivered a Yue Backpack, took a while to work it out, but assembly instructions completely different. I emailed them, never had a reply, but 2 days later saw I was due a parcel from China, which I presume is the correct backpack.
I presume I just keep the other backpack too, but who knows. I’ve emailed them to ask, whether I get a reply is yet to be seen.
I will say the back pack is excellent quality and a great bit of kit, just not what I ordered and too big for what I need.
If I don’t hear back it will go on eBay

I like their gear which is good quality but it all ships from China and has to be returned to China. It took 13 days for delivery. I wanted to return the items as they arrived too late for my trip but they wanted $30 for handling/customs fees plus I would have to pay return postage with tracking and insurance. So be sure you get the right gear and leave plenty of time. The gear was very good quality though.
